I noticed that there wasn't a way for us to chat real-time (like some other sites offer) but seeing that there has been more minds coming together lately, I would like to offer to anyone and everyone this device (among many others, I imagine) that will allow for multiple large and small conversations... I think up to 12(?)... to take place.
Let me know if others know more about this or other things that can be utilized to make this network even stronger. If there is something you think people should know about this ooVoo thing, or others like it, post it!

Thanks for reading! Post your email address and/or user name if you would like others to add you... including me!!!

maybe im thick, but i dont get this !
Im just offering the opportunity, and i plan on making simple how to's available for making the connection, I just got the channel registered and the channel bot in place. I will have more instructional material available soon. Once the connection is setup and made all one has to do is activate the program and itll do the rest for you, next the only the thing left to do is type and chat. The added benefit is many private channels can be created by the users with a few simple keystrokes, opened and evacuated as they choose.
hello, if you would let me know by private message what to do, in case i miss the post, thanks
ive opened another chat room too which should be permanent and able to be moderated, will be needing ops to help quite trollers, and bashers.
click on below mibbit hyperlink and choose the below settings, or alternately if you have a IRC client you can go to www.afternet.org for server and connection information if your client doesnt already have Afternet as a available network.

Username: "whatever you want us to know you by"
Server: Afternet
Channel: #accchat
If you have no client and would like one go here. KvIRC
feel free to msg me if you need basic help in learning how to use.
lol however much i do appreciate you guys setting up a IRC chat room etc... there has to be a WAY simpler way of doing this? I consider my self computer literate but that AfterNet website just confused the heck out of me, and i feel for those who think all this IRC stuff is Alien lol
Someone above (apart from myself) mentioned that this website had a chat room before? if cost is a problem, I know of free chatroom widgets that can be attached to websites like this so that it is basically simple and automatic and less of a hassle for those who just want to get stuff done :D
.
Here is one IRC client which i am familiar with, its called KvIRC and has alot of potential built in if you know what your doing, but is simple enough that generally anyone can learn how to use it. Once I get the room up i will post an instruction for how to connect to it.
KvIRC
it seems Horus1111 beat me to creating the chat room, I just now managed to get the Client downloaded again, I have not been on IRC in sometime so had to get it again. Anyways here is the link to his post, May it, he, and we be blessed.

I believe a chat on the site like before cost extra money so the best thing to do is to give Ben some money and he can do it again, as the ning sites are not for free anymore and with this amount of members the cost gets more.
I can asure you that you will get back what you payd; maybe you meet your Beloved in chat..!
... I don't think it works that way, well I never worked with Ning, but I think the chat removal was due to site performance and not costs... but maybe I'm wrong... I don't know if Ben said something about this, or if himself can share with us what happened :]
Bring back the old build-in chat, I maybe start a petition for it (seems like that's getting famous :P).
