2015: A BRICS Odyssey?

MOSCOW, January 27 (TASS) - Moscow could propose to China and India to create a joint manned orbital station at the summit of the BRICS emerging economies in Russia’s Ufa in July, a document drafted by the expert council at Russia’s military and industrial commission said on Tuesday.

The experts recommend “working out the possibilities of an international manned project with BRICS countries as part of a common strategy of creating technological alliances.”

“We can start this work now and include the issue in the agenda of the BRICS business council in Ufa,” the document reads.

In particular, Russia should make such a proposal to India and China, which have been actively developing their manned space programs, the experts suggest.

Other perspective areas for further research could be modular rockets using methane as fuel and also the creation of an aerospace vehicle, which could be used in the future to construct a fighter or a bomber of the sixth generation.

  • Though the BRICS nations are indeed favoured by the GFL and SH, as a tool with which to crack the greater dark nut, they are not at current liberty to venture into space, beyond our defined orbital parameters, as yet....We of the GFL sympathise with our Earth Allies, among the BRICS, who have remained loyal and dedicated to our LIGHTED cause...Rewards will be forthcoming, as they know at top level protocol....The chance for China to send manned missions to Mars is not present, until after our official First Contact and then only with the use of special environment friendly technologies, such as aetheric energy powered implosion reactors...There will be no allowed manned space flights beyond earth orbit, using fossil fuels tech....The Chinese will be patient and we salute them for their commitments to our cause, as we do our dear Russian Earth allies....and the many new governance nations, to follow.....who will prove equally committed to the PLAN.

Be patient friends....The time will come for a whole new space "race" dispensation, which will actually furnish space colonies upon Mars, Venus and a new planet, that as yet, your astronomers are not aware of....

  • well, while some people can bend spoons with their minds the rest of us can do other things, quietly

  • Britain is just as obsessed as the U.S. about keeping the population under surveillance and control....We starseeds find this state of affairs, particularly irksome...Out in the East Anglian countryside, where the CCTV cameras are more thin on the ground, they have to deploy a whole fleet of black helicopters to keep tabs on me and my crew...LOL Yet in one particular remote location, near the village of Bucklesham, Suffolk, previously used for beam ship rendevous and GFL liason missions, the PTB (via a bent farmer) have turned what was once an obscure and rarely visited agricultural field, into a thriving piggery, with two 360 degree CCTV cameras, scanning near our former rendevouz point...Deliberately on purpose, methinks....The state wants to keep it all under wraps and will place CCTV in the most unlikely and absurd places, when they feel a need to....and it's not just commercial security...

  • idiots at the helm in the US-or scum who want to see one the last nations to encourage individualism to fall into 3rd world status

    • There's no individualism in Russia. You either go with the flock or you don't go at all.

I especially like that they've classified "Soldiers Mothers of St. Petersburg" as "foreign agents" since they've dared to complain about their sons dying in a secret war and gets cremated in secret.

How individual of them to do so.. ;)

Read: Individual as in: North Korean-style.

      • i disagree with you ... generalizing people is never a good thing ... there are good apples and bad apples and they are all around the same tree.

        and

You either go with the flock or you don't go at all.

goes to every one including you AO ;))

        • I wasn't talking about the russian people, I was talking about its leadership, which unfortunely in true Kim Jong Un-style FORCES everyone to go along. Those who disagree find themselves in jail quicker than they can spell "corruption". ;)

          • but is in it the same goes to all the world leadership: “Lead me, follow me, or get out of my way.” The leadership, after all, but the blind choice of one route over another and the confident pretense that the decision was based on reason?

            so What is Leadership?

A word which can refer to any person at any level of an organization, in any field, living or dead, who significantly influences others, for good or ill, is so broad as to be of questionable utility. Consequently, as the patriarch of modern leadership studies, James MacGregor Burns, observes: "Leadership is one of the most observed and least understood phenomena on earth"[1]. Another analyst in the field elaborates: "Leadership studies have suffered from a 'lack of a common language.'"[2]
The English word "leadership" originates in the ancient root leith, which meant "to go forth and die," as in battle. By this definition, those who lead Group A to commit violence against Group B are "leaders." Even if we remove violence from the equation, and even if the "leader" represents some higher cause or value, the word still means the act of mobilizing one group to dominate or vanquish another. Particularly in our shrinking, interconnected world, this is not a particularly inspiring or comprehensive portrait of leadership.

No man is great enough or wise enough for any of us to surrender our destiny to. The only way in which anyone can lead us is to restore to us the belief in our own guidance.
Henry Miller, in The Wisdom of the Heart (1941).

          • Does this definition of corruption include the leadership claiming that that those who deny "climate change" should be jailed as well????
