We don’t have the luxury of taking any approach off the table,’ said Mr Holdren, Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology.Holdren, director of the White House Office of Science and Technology, outlined the idea of shooting either sulphur dioxide particles, aluminium oxide dust or specially designed aerosols into the stratosphere - the upper level of the atmosphere between ten and 30 miles above the Earth's surface.It is hoped that this would cool the planet by artificially reflecting sunlight back into space before it can be absorbed.Naval guns, rockets, high-flying aircraft and even hot air balloons have been put forward as possible ways of firing the agent into the air.ObamaDrastic action: Barack Obama wants to use technology to combat climate changeMr Holdren admitted the scheme could have grave side effects and would not completely solve all the problems from soaring greenhouse gas emissions.But he said he had raised the idea with the Obama administration and added: 'We might get desperate enough to want to use it.'Mr Holdren insisted that dramatic action is needed to halt climate change which he compared to being 'in a car with bad brakes driving towards a cliff in a fog'.There has been widespread resistance in the scientific community to attempts to deliberately modify the environment on such a large scale.Opponents fear that tampering with the atmosphere's delicate balance could have consequences that would be even worse than global warming.But Mr Holdren suggested time could be running out. He outlined several 'tipping points' involving climate change that may be fast approaching, such as the complete loss of summer sea ice in the Arctic.He said that once such milestones are reached it increases the chances of 'really intolerable consequences'.Mr Holdren also proposed the option of developing 'artificial trees' that would suck carbon dioxide - the chief human-produced greenhouse gas - out of the air and store it.The synthetic tree, described as looking like a goal post with Venetian blinds, would draw carbon dioxide out of the air, as plants do during photosynthesis.The idea seemed too costly at first, and is only on the drawing board, but Mr Holdren said it was feasible.

Speaking of 'shooting particles into the atmosphere’, Obama’s statement mirrors the same plan in a CFR document entitled Geoengineering: Workshop on Unilateral Planetary Scale Geoengineering.

The following is an excerpt from the document:

“Stratospheric Aerosols that might be engineered to migrate to particular regions (e.g. over the arctic) or to rise above the stratosphere (so as not to interfere in stratospheric chemistry).
Adding more of the right kind of fine particles to the stratosphere can increase the amount of sunlight that is reflected back into space.

Applied to geoengineering, various technologies could be used to loft particles into the stratosphere, such as naval guns, rockets, hot air balloons or blimps, or a fleet of high-flying aircraft. Potential types of particles for injection include sulfur dioxide, aluminum oxide dust or even designer self-levitating aerosols.”

I seriously think geoengineering is already happening now which is evidenced by the numeous chemtrails reported. Why is Obama making the statement only now when it’s already being executed? Maybe it’s already too exposed and so the public needs to be quelled. It just looks suspicious and there could be another underlying agenda.

About aerosols, I came across the site of the Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) which is under the U.S.Department of Energy (DoE). There seems to be a campaign called the Indirect and Semi-direct Aerosol Campaign (ISDAC) which has PDF documents about the aircrafts used to spray aerosols and it even has flight plans and timetables.

Two other organizations under the DoE are Battelle and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) which is under Battelle. These groups do research work on 'global warming', 'climate change', aerosols, and other technologies. The ARM site contains documented research done by PNNL.

These unknowing, compartmentalized groups are all just obvious fronts to research geoengineering or terraforming by chemtrail-spraying. This is under the supposed threat of 'climate change' when the whole scam in actuality is all about implementing the global carbon tax! It’s no surprise that Obama, Brown and others are promoting a green economy when in fact this will further stranglehold other economies to the horrendous carbon taxes.

There's another company front called Electronic Data Systems (EDS) where Cheney was a board member. The main page has duplicitous paragraph points like 'HP Global Citizenship Report' and 'A Green Approach To Managing Information.' Anyway, that's another discussion.

It’s good to see more people around the world waking up to the chemtrails and speaking out. Pressure to suppress the carbon taxes as well as collectively envisioning its end will put another huge dent in the fledgling nwo machine.

Eh, I thought a solar storm produce more electromagnetic wind's, so what was that shield supposed to do again, protect agains electromagnetic field's?

And in case of solar flares, heat is completly insignificant compared to radiation for humans and magnetic changes for earth's magnetosphere....no heat!
But, this is just a ploy of fear, and to suck mo'money, nothing else!!

Global warming, now they are talking about global cooling....silently, the "all proven reality" of global warming has translated into global climate change, did you notice that? he he he he hehehehe he he he he, I suppose the climate is supposed to be stable, yea, I thought there was something funny about the climate coz it was raining the other day. It is a good thing we have such fine esteemed scientist's who has proven it beyond a shadow of a doubt that global warming IS real...oh no, that global clima change IS real :D

Thank God we have people with credability who pushes for more Co2 control, if we just pay more taxes on the Co2 we produce, then it absolutly will have a effect....not sure how, we must not doubt coz it has been proved now, so if we just pay then there must be something that happens. Perhaps the taxed Co2 isn't as "poollutive" as the non taxed Co2?
And even if it isn't real, at least we help fund A.Gore's company who sell's Co2 quotas, so in any case we are talking about emplyment here, we dont want to see A.Gore on welfare do we?
