The Arcturians Describe Containment on July 2, 2012
I know that people are looking for outside validation that containment is actually happening. Here is an excerpt from Dr. Suzan Carroll in which she discusses the containment of “the victimizers” or “deeply wounded ones.” Suzan’s message was posted the same day as Archangel Michael outlined containment on An Hour with an Angel – July 2, 2012.

THE CENTER
Those who have been victimized must release the emotional polarity of fear, anger, grief and sorrow to find their Center of unconditional love, unconditional forgiveness and unconditional acceptance of a game well played. On the other hand, those who have been the victimizers must find their own wounding that pulled them from their core and into the depths of de-evolution of a being who needs power-over others in order to experience their power within.
These deeply wounded ones must go inside their core to find the original wounding in which their own inner power was stolen. They then must forgive themselves for being too afraid to steal their power back from that thief, and instead turning their attention towards those whom they could dominate. The light has made them realize that none of their ill-gotten gains have given them any joy, love, or even power-within, as they are still under the domination of those who stole their inner self and programed them into the dark being they have become.
We remind all of you, our ascending ones, to KNOW that these broken ones have no power-over you, for they are leaving the system. As information is released as to just how much power-over others these lost ones have taken, and just how much suffering of others they caused, it will be a great temptation for the ascending ones to want revenge or punishment. However, these desires will only serve to lower the ascending ones consciousness. Furthermore, punishment does not alter behavior. It only makes the behavior go underground where is can actually cause damage.
Behaviors can only be altered by detached compassion and unconditional love. Punishment of another is a third dimensional concept. Hence, it lowers the consciousness of those who seek it and activates emotions of anger, sorrow and fear. The containment of these lost ones is currently being untaken. Therefore, they will be unable to have power-over any of you again. Consequently, we ask that you do NOT become distracted from your true Mission of being Openers of the Portals and the Trailblazers of the Light.

FW, I refused to read the book ''A Course in Miracles'' fot nearly 20 yrs. For you see you cannot just read the book. You have to do the daily exercises and then read from the book but not to much at one time, so that you can let it sink in. The reason I didn't want to read it was about forgiveness which it talks much about. I was afraid that I couldn't learn how to ''Forgive'' not only others but myself.. I started with another book about healing, that used all quotes from the ACIM with permission of course. From there I learned that to heal my body from all those pharm. drugs the govt had me on, that I need ed to heal the mind first. That all healing starts in the mind, heal the mind to be able to heal the body. That was 7yrs ago. I have also learned how to use both the Urantia book and the ACIM book together. The UB is more of a encyclopedia of all Creation a great reference book and the ACIM is for daily practice of deprograming and then reprograming you mind. Most people don't realize that they have a mind, they think the brain is the mind and it is not. The brain is the computer and the mind is the person who uses it to send and store and receive info from it, but it obeys the mind. When you astral project or have a NDE or learn to have Lucid Dreams then you have proof that the mind is separate from the brain and can function on its own without it. I hope this helped.
I really enjoy your requests , questions and remarks, for I discovered many yrs ago that I have this info inside of me but it doesn't come forth unless some one like yourself urges it to proceed with info that is needed for us all. Forgive-ness is the most hardest thing that I have ever tried to do. Even though I was raised strict catholic, it was hardly ever mentioned and no-one ever really took Jesus's words to heart. So I went through life never really learning it.I didn't really get serous about it until 6 1/2 yrs ago when I realized that to make the ascension date ,I had to learn ''Forgiveness'' and I unfortunately choose the worst place to learn it in. This is the most dishonest place I have ever been in. They really like to cheat ''Gringo's'' from the day I ARRIVED TO THIS PRESENT DAY. so I must had a lot of bad Karma to work out. The lesson I learned comes the book; ''A Cource in Miracles''.by JC
And I have to study and work with it daily. The Good thing about learning Forgiveness is that it is not only for those who have hurt us in some ways but it is also for us, In two ways. One is we lift a lot of past Karma or past life Karma by doing it, same as in doing good deeds. And the other thing is that we learn to forgive ourselves and again forgiving our past is very important as well as today. Then it has brought me much more joy in life as I learn to not only forgive myself but also to'' LOVE'' myself. Or at least what I know that Love is today.
So forgive also is the salvation of the world, Learning to forgive the world and ourselves sends out a new and more positive energy that comes back to us and for the first time we can begin to not only learn what Forgiveness and Love is but we learn to understand its place in what is called the Divine Plan. And of course for us to get out of this Hell that we have created here in 3D, and to learn to Ascend and leave this self made Hell , we have the greatest tool to do this.
And that is what jesus was really talking about, when he said he was the light of the world and for Salvation we only need to follow him, by him I mean his teachings that we must do ourselves and it we that lift ourselves up to Christ Consciousness and after all thats what it is all about isn't it. And we do wont to so very much ascend this evil place that we have imprisoned ourselves in and this is our greatest opportunity if not it may be another 26,000 yrs and I for one don't want to be in 3D hell for that long!!
So I kicked myself in the butt and worked on myself and my mistakes everyday to make Ascension, But guess what,you cannot Ascend alone only with a brother and what that means is that we need to teach this to others. And of couce the word ''Forgiveness'' is a bad word for most because it means that we have to work on ourselves to be able to do it and we have to work on our souls record, that may sadden and scare us somewhat when we look at all those records of our past lives. But by Forgiving all those involved and then Forgiving ourself for we have gained the Keys to our jail or hell and we can not only walk out as a free soul but we can fly up through he vials of Illusion that we have created into 4th or 5th Dimension, our true Identity as a sort of Angel becomes our reality and the Peace and joy that we were seeking becomes our true reality.Adonai
