This message could not come any soon because two days ago i just experienced a major shift of energies and it has affected my physical health ..it was quite strong and for a second i almost had a panic attack ..then two days later i felt slightly out of balance and things got back to normal again ..Thank You for posting this message Amparo alvarez and Adama ..
