  •    Mangoes also.  Definitely a superfood.  And Klamath Lake Blue Green Algae.

  • Purchase a bulb of garlic, peel and extract a clove from it...wash it and chop it into small pieces....eat with cheddar cheese...

Raw garlic is strong and needs to be eaten with cheese, which lessens the impact on the taste buds...LOL

    ;-)

Consume on a regular basis....Obviously not when socialising, as people will notice it..

    :-)

It is very beneficial for overall health.....

"A garlic a day keeps the vampires away...!!"  :-)

Also, I recommend another strong antioxidant food, to be taken regularly......cherry tomatoes...and for the flavour I would recommend, on-the-vine piccolos...

    • I used to chop up and put in milk soya is fine if you don't consume normal dairy and this is great it gives you so much energy as well as many other benefits :-) I became quite hooked

      • Soy is actually not healthy unless it is fermented and not genetically modified. A lot of those alternative milk brands are a bit sketchy.
        • Yes your right but some aren't so bad and to be fair I've given up caring too much I just try and do the best I can now :)
    • Yes we have to be careful with Raw Garlic as it not only keeps the vampires away but also the beautiful
      ladies...away
  • I rarely ever see any site list the healthiest foods. They always just end up listing healthy foods.

I would begin a list with something at least closer to the phytoplankton or cacao spectrum.

  • 70% organic greens and non-greens, 20% organic fruits (with a small amount of citrus), and 10% protein (non-pasteurized whey and organic beans are ideal). You will need vitamin B12 supplements also, otherwise you will have to eat non-red meat (sorry vegans!) since B12 isn't in any fruits and veggies and you will need it for healthy nerves. I have watched older Hare Krishnas have health problems due to lack of B12.

Also get a good fluoride filter for drinking water, unless you believe you need the fluoride (which is the active ingredient in the antidepressant Prozac) to deal with the bullsh#t going on in the world today, as opposed to going to city council meetings and explaining to your local elected officials why your local and national governments are full of sh#t (and then getting kicked out. Make sure you have people on standby when you do this; government of today loves to play the "inciting a riot" card).

  • I like fruits and home grown veggies I do in my gardens. ..............being reserved on that salmon , mentioned in the article.(go~vegan)

nuts are heavy to digest so go easy on them

  • Not forgetting these fruits too, which some people claimed to have cancer preventive elements B17 in them :-

    1) Canberries

    2) Sour Soup or Magic Fruits

    3) Grapes

    4) Apples

PS : Do not eat over excess of amount you need, doing this will back fire your immune system.

May the LOVE be with you always.
