The ultimate tyranny in a society is not control by marshal law. etc, it is control by the psychological manipulation of consciousness through which reality is defined so that those who exist within it do not even realize that they are in prison. They do not even realize that there is something outside of where they exist.

As a keeper of the frequency, staying on positive emotional states is vital for me.
Irradiating love, pouring light into everything that hides pain, fear or sadness inside. Taking a deep breathe, then releasing high vibrational waves of light, as I share my inner peace with everything and everyone. Weaving a golden light sphere over each human life.
Fear is a bridge which allows negativity to interact with you. Whether you use it or not, is up to you. Facing negativity implies sharing your light, not giving up into the negative polarity. As I said, it's up to you.
Keeping inner peace in moments of turmoil. Speaking with Mother Nature.
Standing still for a moment on the outside, perceiving my own body, mind (Thought) and soul (Emotion) Looking into Nature, breathing calmly as I ask her to bring peace into chaos. Just watching the pain as it goes away with every breathe I take, letting her life take me in, Earth herself is alive.
Look at the skies, you're never alone. Cosmic synchronicity. Light frequencies are being irradiated inside your very being and everything that surrounds you.
