Was Thule in the north, or south? North at the top is a relatively recent European standard. It was once SOUTH..

this reminds me of a day, I think about 10 yrs ago, when Ufon network got flooded with phone calls from folks , beggining at Florida all the way to Canada, reporting a massive UFO ; all calling at the same time................that sucker was was much larger than mear 25 miles wide.....................

The shortest distance between 2 points is NOT a straight line. Take a sheet of paper.... mark 2 points at either end on one side.......normally, you would draw a line between the 2, correct?.......however, fold the paper in half matching the 2 points together.......now......punch a hole between the 2.
