Since this technology is already out in the open, that means that it is already an old technology for the military. The military is always ahead by 30 years in terms of technology. They already have a holographic technology since 2001 and even earlier than that. They were only able to use it fully in 2001.
that they are. but seeing this technology before they are able to do that turns the tables on them =)
