There is a fundamental misunderstanding going around worl wide, that learning is a life long process and collecting much knowledge will maybe lead to wisdom.
Nothing is more wrong than such shitty conclusion, which must have come from an idiot. Please think for a while:
Of course most people in western civilisation and elsewhere believe in HAVING rather than BEING.
They collect many things for having them - my house, my wife, my car, my boat, my title. Others try it with knowledge - they collect day for day new knowledge in order to have it - even spiritual people believe they need to do so.
Being is totally different than having. Maybe you have a million bucks, but in order to have goodness, you must be good. Certain things you can not have before you are a certain way.
You ain`t become wise by simply collecting knowledge. Wisdom is not a thing of having, but of losing. You lose knowledge by letting go of it.
Wise humans are not collectors in any ways. Instead, they let all go. Best way is being the way you are. This is a good beginning. Know and let go the way it likes to go. It will stay if it likes to be that way...

wisdom is in being simple...
not complicated.
;)
Yeah, we are here on this planet to gain wisdom from our daily activities and interactions with others...when we have an experience, we gain wisdom.....we never make mistakes, just make decisions and then choose again if we aren't happy with the outcome.....letting go of the judgment, then you get the wisdom. When we have a generation where children are raised that nothing is ever a mistake....we will have a great culture.
People who feel they have to own things, to have them....they have a fear of losing it, therefore they can't let go.
People who spend their life reading facts and figures...are reading someone else's wisdom from someone else's experiences....not their own, they have a fear of being stupid...and so do not want to live and make 'mistakes'.
These are incredible!!!!!
