Do not hold judgement. When you judge something you do not allow it in. You make think, 'well then it is good to judge certain things', but you have been trained to hastily judge everyone and everything; you do not allow yourself the time to observe it, you simply judge it at first glance. You give it a glance, but you do not look at it. If you have not looked at it, if you have not looked inside of it, you don't really know it. You are claiming to know it if you are judging it, but you do not know it.
When you have taken the time to listen and to ponder and to observe, then you can decide if what you are truly seeing is something worthy of you, and then you walk away if it is not, but without judgement. It can change, and one day if that occurrs, it will be allowed in.
You can never force anyone or anything to change. If you know that it is not worthy of you in the state where it is at, walk away gracefully. Do not try to teach it anything it doesn't want to hear, do not try to change what it is learning through. Help it if you truly feel that it is good for you to do, but gently. There should be no force or effort required; if it is a struggle, simply let it go.
No one is wrong or right, even when they do things that are not good for them or good for other people around them. They are doing what they understand in the state that they are in. They must learn that by hurting the other it reflects on them and they hurt themselves.
It is possible to look at anyone and any situation no matter what it is and to see it with love, and to see it with gentleness, understanding and a deep sense of security and peace, and if it is not an energy worthy of you, walk away in peace, and send your heart as you go.
