There are the old words on creation in Gen 1 we all know:
1In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
There is a wonderful remark in those lines.
Darkness was upon the face of the deep or abyss (תְּהוֹם (tehom)).
And the Spirit of God was lit. hovering (מְרַחֶפֶת (m'rahefet)) upon the face of the waters.
This is remarkable. The author of this story could not other than connecting his view of abyss and the waters there with the presence of weruach elohim, the Spirit of God.
Above all is hovering the Spirit of God! This is the message related to creation including all dark abysses, waters and forces!
In a more contemporary view:
Above all shit including NWO, destruction, enslavement and hidden agendas there is hovering the Spirit of God.
So we have all reason of going on.
