A reminder: Be Happy!

Most people look for happiness "outside" themselves and not "inside".

Happiness is always found inside... you know this... ;)

Dont look to others to make you happy or to change...... Just look at YOU

So to stay happy, here are some simple tips we can do everyday to feel awesome... but first...

1. Accept Who You Are & Accept Others as they are– Love yourself, honour thyself and each other! Love the things you do for others, Love the way you behave, Love the way you are!

You are unique and beautiful beings each with his/her own capabilities and abilities...

these are things to be shared and accepted about ourselves... so we can learn from one another also.

2. Your happiness is all in your mind -Whatever you think is what you will be... so try to find the joy in any sorrow, and the joy in everyday! which comes onto next step;

3. GRATEFUL For your friends, for your home, for your clothes and for the many things you have... be GRATEFUL!

4. Take care of your health -This can be done in so many variety of ways from walking to eating the things of our Earth which are full of nutrients !

Meditation, being with positive like minded people, watching comedy or reading spiritual books are great nutrients for the body & soul!

Most importantly...my friends... all...

  • I once asked a Master......can we be happy all the time, as pre-ascension human beings...??

His answer was interesting (well, Master R is never less than that.)

He said that when a human being learns to be neither happy, nor sad, from an emotional-mental level.....he allows his lower vehicles a degree of stasis, which encourages the downward spiral of buddhic energies via the rainbow bridge (anthakarna) to pass to the persona incarnated....allowing a bliss to permeate, whatever the circumstances experienced...

This bliss is a connection with heaven....and it is the state we all experience when we ascend...

Prior to ascension, we may achieve momentary bliss, if we practice the pursuit of detachment....to be neither happy nor sad....but just to be......as in connected to self...then TRUE blissful happiness may be found....

A state of beingness, rather than a stimulus brought on by outer circumstance.....(Yippee, I just won the lottery, for example...)  ;-)

    Love, Drekx x

    • Yes sky....too true....

If I'm alone I find it easier to just be me, without causing offence to human beings....

You know the way people say, "is something wrong..?" if you are neutral and neither smiling nor frowning...just being yourself and neutrally focussed...

In contrast I can be in the presence of the Sirians and they will completely accept me for being myself....Neutral....not happy not sad, just myself...Although, when you are with them, you can't help smiling.....But when I don't smile, if a mission is stressful...they do not judge me, as earth humans do......

But I'm told that being beyond astralism is what evolution allows us to be...So apparently, this bliss is buddhic rather than astral...so a higher turn of the spiral....

      • Hey Drekx!!

So nice to see you here !

... yes be you! even if that means being in the comfort of other sirians.

Don't allow anyone's judging effect your balance.

I agree with the teaching of dis-attachment...  i was doing this very process today... and it is wonderful! (plus things move quicker when one is dis attached from the outer...)

"A couple questions here Drekx about the Anunnaki. What are their lifespans? I would imagine its in the 1000-2000 year range since many fully conscious beings live that long. Also what kind of spacecraft do they pilot? My guess is their ships are…"
