That makes sense actually. Fear is just an indication that you need to get a handle on a situation or find a solution to a mind delema or phobia. Facing fear is far better than running away from it because fear is like a rolling snowball, keeps getting bigger and bigger and picks up more fears along the way, lol.. That is why aversion therapy is so helpful, it facilitates helping people to overcome their fears, then they are far better off and more able to cope in life. Once you learn how to overcome one fear, it is far easier to look other fears in the eye and deal with them too.
