  It is not easy to distinguish as Governments got help from Extraterrestrials to build Spacecrafts that most would think are from other Planets.. I have a feeling that most of the Spaceships seen and filmed on YouTube are in fact secret Government Spaceships mostly saucer or triangler shaped. Some are just computer edited images.

  EVERY ufo seen recently is a lightship of the GFL (according to a few channeled messages I've read.)

  without having access to the secret govt project files any explanations of telling the differences are purely conjecture, however the simplest answer youll recieve is , you cant really tell, there are so many races apparently with so many different styles of craft, couple that with the back engineering rumors and tales of working with them to create stuff, well that leaves you with a big old pot of no one can tell what is going on
