  And my daughter, Movella, had a friend who became vegan a few years ago, thinking naively, that she was "saving the planet." It ended up causing her many, many health issues, including insanity...
  This makes sense, if one considers that the body and brain require fatty acids from oily fish, as well as quality ammino acids, from meat, eggs, etc...
  My daughter's unfortunate friend became so unstable, that she was compelled to take cod liver oil, to aid her brain function, as it had gone down, so much.....
  A true story......The vegan diet is no better than a starvation diet....If I were you I'd give it up and stop trying to shame people, who do not follow it...
