During this past summer (around July), I was at one of my favorite pubs here in Austin watching one of my favorite sports teams getting their heads handed to them.  There was a commercial advertising for the U.S. Army, and I noticed that the soldier in the commercial was wearing jungle camouflage utilities for his uniform.  I thought this was odd, since most of the action seemed to be in the Middle East and in southwest Asia at that time, and the uniforms (and tanks and mobile equipment) were all sand-colored or designed to blend in with an arid environment.  There was a retired military man present at the bar, and I asked  him what was with the change in the uniform color and style.  He responded that it may be a sign of future placement in jungle or green regions for the men and women in the army; he stated that he remembered the jungle camouflage colored tanks and transport vehicles being changed to sand color to blend in with the desert and arid terrain right after Reagan defeated Carter for U.S. presidency (and he noted that years later he was sent off to Lebanon and Saudi Arabia).

I interpret this uniform change as a change in placement of our overseas military from an arid desert region of the world to a jungle or green region, and Africa or South America are the strong possibilities.  And look at what is now going on in west Africa with ebola (after the month of July 2014,  when I saw this commercial).  VERY INTERESTING.  

According to the World Health Organization, the first formal announcement of Ebola from a government of the western Africa region took place in the morning on March 24, 2014, in Conakry, Guinea.  I picked 9:00 AM, as this is a common time that most government functions work world-wide.

Because ebola had a worldwide impact, zero-degrees Aries is the primary point to look at with this event.  The advanced chart for this event is below:

Interpretation:

"The world event concerned a plague and/or widespread poverty that took place.  The event was shocking world-wide, and was a shocking disappointment (that may included dead persons).  Transformation of governments took place as a result of world-wide communications concerning the event, and people involved in war or involved in organizing others had a difficult transformation to deal with.  There also was either a shocking revelation or a world-wide deception in regards to the event."  

My concern is the last sentence.  Is it probable that a world-wide deception took place? I am beginning to suspect that this is the case.  In 2013, President Obama (whose country, the United States, reportedly owes a sizable debt to trading partner China) visited three African countries on an African tour: Senegal, Tanzania, and South Africa.

So why did Obama go to a relatively unknown country like Senegal??? Oh, he stated they had a stable government, peaceful population, and a good political system. The reality is that Senegal is relatively unknown in western Africa, but it quietly stands out in one very,very important resource: phosphates needed for fertilizers used in agriculture.  Senegal's phosphate resources are HUGE (it is listed in the top ten in the world for amounts) and it reportedly has one of the cleanest types of phosphates available that is free of cadmium.  And while China is making inroads in countries like Kenya for rare earth minerals, China is reportedly looking for quality phosphates needed for fertilizer.  And because Senegal has quality phosphates, it is fair to say that Senegal is on China's natural resources radar in Africa.  Phosphates are exactly what China needs to keep it's agriculture base going strong, as it's soil (much like the United States) is reportedly getting overused and needing more in phosphate content to keep it going.

The first case of ebola in Senegal was announced by the government on August 29, 2014, at 9:00 AM in the capital of Dakar.  What really attracted me to the Senegal ebola event was the fact that the hypothetical planet Hades was exactly overhead at the time of the announcement in Dakar.  Hades is very much a reflection of ebola; medically-intensive, service-requiring, disgusting, hidden, and having possible criminal elements involved in it's activities.

Interpretation:

"The reputation will concern a plague or general poverty.  A great deception was committed by people involved in advanced technology with the people/population experiencing much sadness and distress.  A powerful government was involved with the planning and supervising of a creative activity that involved science and may have resulted in murder, death, or accidents that involved steel instruments or vehicles.  Secretive people were also involved in activities that concerned a dying population or a separated population. There were government organizations present that were involved in weapons of some kind."

There is the possibility that the United States is involved in "cleaning out west Africa" for China's natural resources corporations, or it is testing bio-weapons with an isolated and relatively unknown population (while working on a cure that could realize huge financial gains).  There is also the possibility that this is all one big accident, and the U.S. Army was simply lucky with the timing of the change of the color of its sand-colored utility uniforms to the green jungle camouflage type.

Senegal is a beautiful country where it consists of both an arid climate and jungle areas.  It is also rich in resources, and one of those resources is unfortunately eyed by the money-addicts of the east and the west who, like J.D. Rockefeller, consider competition to be a sin.  Hence it is accurate and unfortunate to say that these corporate psychopaths have little concern for the population or the government that controls these resources; it can cost far less if the resources are simply stolen from them.  And we are currently living in times with governments being run by blatant criminals, unless people get real and call out these individuals for what they are: criminals who need to be put away.
