I agree with karma, but I am still battling my duality over it.
Come to KNOW thyself and who you are as you dig up all scattered emotions and come one with your surroundings. THEN you will know the truths from listening to your HEART. If you are unsure of who you are....Simply observe oneself and you're environment and see if it FULLY serves you, as a healthy whole and complete human being.
Do you feel unconditional love for yourself and your environment?? Can you look into the mirror and say "I LOVE YOU" Are you an overall healthy, whole and complete human being in your -MIND-BODY-SOUL??
