I'm asking because before I knew about the GFoL - I was really angry, and would get worked up over stupid things, and I had many OCD's, like I needed to check everything twice and would get to the bottom of my stairs to go to 'school' and had to go back up to see if I had locked the door properly.
Now though, I forgive everyone for anything, and I try my best to stay happy in the worst times, I feel now that I've matured and ascended to a higher level of being, I look on the world now like It's a constant circle - as though we're not going anywhere and are relying on chance and greed alone to pull through.
My reactions, intelligence and perception has greatly improved, it's sort of like I know when there is danger (no spiderman quotes please) and can socialise a lot better, with fellow beings.
My question: Have I ascended to a higher plane of existence or have I just matured?

Both, in learning to be at ease in who you are, you are able to be more at ease with all around you!
Well done! The knowing when there is danger is called the senses. Being connected with the energy and allowing yourself to feel and read the energy around you, you realize that there is more to life than what you thought there were.
Animals have not lost this ability, we as humans have.
