I have yesterday started feeling not 100%, My head feels very pressured and I feel a bit achy and got very hot last night, my dreams over the last 3 nights have been confusing and uncomfortable but I have always woken up in the early hours and realised something from them, like a releasing or something. Do you think that I am just sick or could it be from ascension and changing energies. Well whatever it is I hope it's gone by tomorrow night I have a music gig to go to!

yes your symptoms are from ascencion! others symptoms include diziness ,naucea, headaches, faster digestion, and a feel like if your body is detoxifying .muscle aches. etc

Thank you all for your advice =) very much appreciated! Today I am feeling quite a bit better, last night I did some healing with Archangel Raphael just cause I felt that come to me and I had a better sleep but still woke at 3am with something in my head from the dream, my dreams were less uncomfortable though which was good I also used the rose quartz and tourmaline together under my pillow.

Also i see some humans are different...
get yourself checked out if nothing is apparent then it is ascension symptoms i have gone to the doctors and usually it is nothing physical so to be on the safe side get it checked out if nothing you will be relieved then so just enjoy the ride. may the divine light surround you and protect you love sally

I cannot sleep at all during the night... wide awake ... feels like the rest of the world is asleep while Im awake... regular trips to the fridge.. or watch the stars until sunrise... and still awake for ages after..
If it happens to you, then stay up, dont go to sleep when you begin to feel tired.. go through the day awake, do things.. you will feel like a zombie but you will sleep the following night gaurenteed.. do it until you get a normal sleeping pattern back on track... here I am telling you all this from my 2.14am wide awake vantage point. I may pop back in here in a few hours.. gonna watch a movie..
Hmm may be, do you also go to sleep earlier?
I don't know why, but since a couple of day I'm sleeping earlier and waking up quite early to... but feel all ok and rested, bad thing is that I also get hungry earlier, is like if my internal clock went a bit earlier than usual... O_o
