    Thanks for sharing this Kalki... I have been using toning and chanting/singing for many years with very beneficial results as well. I have found that it works very well in visualizations, manifesting, and prayer/healing work.

    I always knew sound heals as sound carries vibes, frequency and waves that can heal you but bad sounds, music, songs and noises can cause damage to you.
    Try to listen to mellow healing sounds, music and songs and avoid loud noise, terrible music and songs that leave you more stressed out then before.
    People who play loud songs/music in their cars on roads are idiots who want to draw attention but get cursed by most who do not like their taste..they forcefully want other people to listen to their choice of songs whether they like it or not does not bother them as they are nut cases.
