I am at Alexendra Palace like every year to see Amma. Had a hug from her once a long time ago and that enough for me. Some come for more hugs but one is enough for me as I would like to give others a chance. Amma has hugged over 32 Million people and she is in the Guinness Book Of Records for hugging the most people in the World. I am here to meet friends and make new friends. One good friend of mine I just meet up with after a long time is Vrindivan Das ... He is a great musician, a great vegan cool and a good artist . See him on FaceBook @ https://m.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100002324163922&refsrc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fpeople%2FIon-T-Veddinge%2F100002324163922
and listen to one of his songs Bharata Bhumi @ https://m.soundcloud.com/ion-t-veddinge/bharata-bhumi

I also helped to do some voluntary seva.
Anyway I put some suggestions to AmmaOrganisation and here are my suggestions
OM Nama Shiva,
Dear Sir / Madam,
I have been coming regularly to Ammas visit to UK at Alexandra Palace. I normally volunteer to do all round seva.
I would like to make some suggestions so as to improve the service offered to guests.
1: Please introduce online booking for darshan tokens..in order to save time plus big queues plus easier to keep a count of how many attending. Introduce e-tickets which they can download on their mobile and just show the staff. ..no printing..no hassle. At the same time allow tickets at the door but advice visitors online is quicker and easier.
2: Please don't keep two areas to get tokens for Prashadam but let all pay at one table which should be near the food counter as at the moment you are confusing the guests as some are told to get tokens for a table far away and some are allowed to pay by the table near the food hall. Keep only one table near the food counter to pay and get tokens for the Prashdam
3: Please ask Alexandra Palace to switch on more lights in the main hall as one corner where the visitors go in to get tokens and where the wash room is its a bit dark.
4: Please don't keep increasing the prices of food, snacks and drink as this makes this function more business oriented...for example £1:75 for one samosa is far too much it should be at the most £1 looking at the size of the samosas. The best samosas in restaurant used by Bollywood stars in London charge £1:50 but their samosas are of better quality ..then again £2 for Chai tea or any herbal drink is far too much..at the most £1.Big cafes like Starbucks charge £1:50, McDonalds £1:09, Morrisons down the road £1 and your cups are smaller.
Don't make this event a business event by overcharging but make it affordable for all. I have noticed as well as other visitors that the prices are going higher and higher and it's becoming like most a big business event. Make it affordable to all.
Kind Regards,
Ravinder Singh
Please let me know if my suggestions have been passed to the right departments and I hope they are put into practice to make Ammas event better for the visitors.
THE POINT I AM TRYING TO MAKE HERE IS THAT MOST SAINTS, GURUS AND SPIRITUAL TEACHERS AND MASTERS START GETTING GREEDY FOR MORE MONEY IN THE NAME OF CHARITY AND AMMAS ORGANISATION IS COMING TO THIS END. I understand they do a lot of charity work but at the same time make it affordable for all and not start ripping innocent people who have actually come for a better spiritual life.
