In a spiritual awakening/ascension process; at least for myself, I have always believed that I was always physically strong. However, I have never been mentally or spiritually strong, I didn't have all three before I had a spiritual awakening.
So the process that I went through was both mental and spiritual. I can attest to being having all physically, mentally and spiritual strengths in this life time. I am fortunate to live this life and very blessed.
