ASHTAR: I do not plan on voting for either Rand Paul or Hillary Clinton. Rand Paul betrayed the Tea Party, and Hillary Clinton's overall reputation (both social and political) is so low that one can push her reputation under a pregnant ant. I am aware that there are people (such as Alex Jones) who claim that Rand Paul is "a good guy" and isn't perfect. But Rand Paul supports Israel and the U.S. role in the Middle East, as opposed to his father who wanted significant financial support withdrawn from that region since U.S. citizens need such significant financial support a lot more than Middle East foreign citizens do (and who have done nothing for the U.S. to improve our financial dilemma or our social unrest).

For those who want to "cut to the chase," my conclusion regarding the readings and interpretations is below all the astrological work presented; there is a lot of analysis in this report (as I really want to provide weight for my conclusion).

Basis Astrology Analysis

Rand Paul's birth-time is unknown; this is my rectification below.  If someone has a better estimate, please let me know.  The problem with rectifications is that important astrological personal points (i.e. the Sun, Moon, Ascendant, Midheaven) are usually not accurate and hence highly questionable when using advanced applications.  Nevertheless, appearances are usually hard to fool with correlations of traditional Ascendant interpretations (see Gemini rising interpretation below the chart).

Rand Paul's surgery skills may be attributed to the Sun trine Pluto and 8th house Mercury placements. The Sun in the 7th house indicates potential political or activist involvement, and the hard trine between Venus in the 6th house and the North Node in the 2nd house indicate involvement with organizations (Venus) who are critical (6th house) over important financial connections (North node in the 2nd house).

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE OF GEMINI RISING:

Gemini Rising natives tend to be tall and slender with limber and flexible figure. They have fast and active body movements such as; walking fast, talking fast and eating fast. They have long arms, fingers and thin features that reflect in a longer face, chin and nose. Their complexion may be sanguine or have a red tone to it. The eyes are usually gray or hazel with typically darker brown hair. 

 Rand Paul's 2015 Presidential Bid:

In terms of traditional electional astrology, Rand Paul's 2015 bid has the Moon decreasing in light and within 15 degrees of Saturn, which are violations of traditional astrology methods.  He does have a strong trine between Mercury and Jupiter, but Mercury is in a strong square with Pluto.  The conjunction of the Sun and Uranus in the 10th house suggests he may be one with a "revolutionary" reputation or standing, but because Mercury is the planet closest to the Midheaven (and in square to Pluto and trine to Jupiter) indicates that what he says and what he may actually do are two different things in regards to his mission as a U.S. President.

Rand Paul's Jupiter / Chiron midpoint has transiting Neptune falling over it, and this may indicate either deception or disappointment regarding important electronic communications or legal aspects.  Transiting Pluto falls over Rand Paul's Sun position, and this may be a big plus in terms of debate with Rand Paul's Sun in the natal 7th house. 

Hillary Clinton's birth-time is known, and she is a double Scorpio with Mercury near the Ascendant.  The challenge with this placement is that Mercury is in a strong square with Saturn in the 9th house of legal matters (and closest to the Midheaven).  This may define legal intervention at times due to important communications she may have been involved with, but it may also define a reputation (or a strong need) for practicing a "silence is golden" criteria with important communications.

Hillary reportedly has been called a "control freak," and probably with good reason. Neptune in the 11th house indicates that her associates may deceive or disappoint her, and her natal Moon in the 4th house squares Uranus in the eighth house.  This defines a paramount need for finding reliable and loyal people who she can be close with regarding her goals, and this may be due to her long history of controversy that goes back to Watergate (when she was fired from the Watergate investigation committee for unethical behavior).  

Hillary Clinton's 2015 Presidential Bid

Similar to Rand Paul, Hillary Clinton's 2015 U.S. Presidential  violated the waxing Moon requirement with the Moon decreasing in light per her announcement.  Mars is the planet closest to the Midheaven and is in a very strong sextile with Neptune in the 7th house.  This indicates a strong possibility for opportunities (sextile) for actions (Mars) involving deception (Neptune). The problem is that Neptune can fool you, or it can bite you in the future.

The trine between the Moon in the 6th and Venus in the 10th may be a big plus for appealing to unusual groups of people (since the Moon is in the sign of Aquarius), but Saturn in the 4th house is forming a reasonable opposition to Venus (which suggests that some groups or organizations may not be 100% ready to endorse her for U.S. President, as an opposition represents "a hard choice").    

Hillary Clinton's natal Neptune placement is close to a transiting North Node.  This suggests a connection with deception.

Conclusion

The overall picture defines a possible fraudulent victory for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.  HOWEVER, there is a real possibility that Rand Paul (or another candidate) may get the selection as a result of uncovering such fraud, if this is indeed the case for such a victory (and such fraud is also exposed by responsible authorities who are not on the payroll of high level criminals within the U.S. government).  I picked Rand Paul over Ted Cruz, Marc Rubio, and Jeb Bush due to current polling indicating that Rand Paul can defeat Hillary Clinton.  And yes, I am aware that polling percentages can change with time, but Rand Paul appears to be holding his ground well against a predicted hostile media in lieu of the abortion debate and using comparisons of his record as a U.S. senator versus Hillary Clinton's record as a U.S. senator.

Please note that it was reported in gossip columns that Hillary Clinton uses astrology, and one thing I found interesting was the midpoint of Sun / Kronos ("the president") on her 2015 bid for U.S. President chart. Located at 60 degrees 11 minutes of the mutable sign sector of the 90 degree dial, it is not far from her lucky natal Jupiter placement at 60 degrees 30 minutes of the mutable sign sector of the 90 degree dial.  It is possible that a Uranian astrologer may have been employed, and that the goal was for the transiting president formula to land on Hillary's lucky natal Jupiter placement, but the calculation was off by 19 minutes from being exact.  And my astrology program for calculating planetary positions is Solar Fire, one of the best (and costs about $400.00).

From an astrologer's point of view, I can honestly laugh out loud at the time selection with the Sun / Kronos president placement (per 2015 bid chart) because it conjunct's Hillary Clinton's natal Neptune / Admetos midpoint formula, and this formula refers to narcotics, poison, and illicit drugs.  Below is the chart to prove my point, along with the 2015 Bid Sun / Kronos president placement.  Note how close the Neptune / Admetos midpoint is to the planet Jupiter:

Now below is the transiting Sun / Kronos "president" midpoint.  It hits Hillary Clinton's formula for illicit drugs and poisons!!!!!

One can't help that there may be more to what Roger Clinton said regarding his brother Bill Clinton "having a nose like a vacuum cleaner."
