In an easy and relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way, in its own perfect time, and for the highest good of all, I intend for vindication on 9/11 Truth to come into my life and into the lives of everyone who holds this intention.

Please hold this intention with positive visions of what that manifestation would look like once it had already occurred, infused with great joy.

    hello

    what does hold the intention mean? ive heard this term often but dont know what it means. does it mean keep thinking about it every minute and intending it to happen? or just say it daily once in meditation?
