  The GFL have been seriously working towards the new golden age for earth, since July 11th, 1991; (Mayan long count 12.18.18.4.6.) It officially started with the 6th sun solar eclipse, over Mexico city...and has progressed at pace, since...The timescale is based upon human consciousness awakening, not just celestial markers....and the third strand of DNA in humans, was first noted to become active in the 1980s....This will lead to ascension in many, in spite of chemtrails and other methods, such as mRNA vaccines, the dark cabal have tried to delay evolution...

  The answer is MAGNESIUM.....taken on a regular basis, in green salads, as well as supplemented...Especially for older people, it is important to obtain the correct stomach ph, in order to absorb this mineral, in sufficient quantities, so take organic apple cider vinegar, before the meal....And as ever I recommend the ketogenic diet, plus I/F...I take magnesium citrate tablets, as a supplemented form, but there are other compounds of magnesium, some better, some not so good. He reveals that it is the chemicals that are put in these foods that keep people addicted to these unhealthy foods. He talks about all the sugars that are put into these foods as well that keep people addicted to these foods.   I posted yesterday about Ivermectin being maybe a cure against cancer and other diseases, well it's starting to look promising. Most likely so many other cures are going to be coming out soon as well.
