However, we should always mostly identify with our spiritual selves, in as many scenarios as possible and not overly identify with our lower natures, personas and mind/emotions....The mind is but a tool. A useful tool, if used correctly and through meditation, good diet, service, etc, the mind can hold great power in shaping reality....We do this by connecting mind with heart, the latter being a type of mind, along with the brain. So we could conclude that mind exists outside of the physical body, in a manasic body (light body) which manifests it's activity, through the heart and brain, acting like "crystal" relays for manasic, or mind energies...
