  Personally I have a passion for solving problems and view intuitive thinking, telepathic connectivities, as well as basic logic, the means to do so...
  
  However, we should always mostly identify with our spiritual selves, in as many scenarios as possible and not overly identify with our lower natures, personas and mind/emotions....The mind is but a tool. A useful tool, if used correctly and through meditation, good diet, service, etc, the mind can hold great power in shaping reality....We do this by connecting mind with heart, the latter being a type of mind, along with the brain. The heart actually possesses synapses, like a brain and can remember events...
  So we could conclude that mind exists outside of the physical body, in a manasic body (light body) which manifests it's activity, through the heart and brain, acting like "crystal" relays for manasic, or mind energies...
  
  Sometimes people OVERTHINK....and there are techniques of meditation which can control this, so called mind chatter...and also, we can adjust the diet, as well, so aiding ourselves at both levels of action.....Please view this Berg video, below, which may help those who suffer from overthinking, anxiety and sleepless and/or sexless nights...
