Purging my Shadow Self is something I am specifically working on doing right now so this is a Synchronicity. I may listen to it again.
The triangular symbol also looks something very much like a symbol that is personally significant to me.
Normally im cautious about these things (like oriannubis) but I called on AA Michael in advance. Funny... how its a thing to cleanse the Shadow self and I was leary of it.

lol wow that feels weird. I could not listen to even 1 min. of it. Didn't feel good to me at all. I personally understood for myself we have to integrate our shadow self and transform it through our light. everything back to the creator in love and acceptance.
