  With your permission, I'd like to share another point of view.
  
  In the words of a great teacher, "Verily, verily, if ye shall listen to my words ye shall not taste death." I respectfully disagree with your assumption that death is a form of ascension. Physical transition is a result of incomplete ascension from the boundaries of the mind. It is a result of belief systems that are contrary to the prime directive of reunion with the divine in these human forms. A good lightworker/darkworker (depends on the POV) that believes death is a form of ascension still remains in duality and has not fully realized their Divinity.
  
  Having said that, we are obviously faced with the outer confirmation that death, or physical transition, is a 'natural' part of life. I propose that it is not. In our ascension of consciousness, it is a challenge to rise above this philosophy. This is the only plane of existence that has not been elevated to its TRUE nature and it is all due to the poor choices we have made as a result of focusing on the outer world and ignoring the inner realms of creation.... where we can 'listen' to the WORDS of our Divine Source. We've created so many deviations and distractions through our obsession with the world and being 'in' it that we have forgotten that we are not 'of' it.
  
  It appears, at least to this one, that the methodology of transitioning through this lesser consciousness (for lack of a better) is evident in the foundations of all the spiritual teachings. It is so present that the term 'apocalypse' is completely misinterpreted. The word is derived from the Greek ἀπōκάλυψις, apokalupsis meaning revelation (literally, 'a lifting of the veil', or disclosure). If we are created in the image of the Gods, then would we not have the capacity to rise to their stature? Too often we think this gives us first right of refusal on any contractual agreements and because of our right to free will, we often find ourselves in that state of refusal.... and remain in the cycle of death and rebirth. Like the Phoenix, though, we have the opportunity to rise out of the ashes of our false belief systems (BS) and move into the unknown... through our personal apocalypse.

  To even identify with either is to polarize your consciousness. To continue to polarize your consciousness is contrary to the flow of oneness that is permeating the planetary consciousness of galactic citizens now.
  
  Polarization produces denial of what is happening within you. The dance of life in the cosmos includes both, but is not limited by human labeling or fear-based belief systems. The fact that you consider either is evidence of remaining in a dualistic mindset. From the perspective of the Federation... you still don't 'get it.'
  
  Look into the cosmos for a moment. There is far more darkness than there is light. Darkness is the undiscovered, the unknown, the void and the Source of manifestation. Our 'light' or consciousness is housed in a body that is material, drawn from the darkness - the fabric between the particles of matter that binds it together.
  
  Humans have created so many stories, over the millennia, that mirror their misunderstandings and fear-based belief systems. In the heart of creation and at the center of your being there is only pure love, the point of light in the darkness that each of us who are incarnate now embody.
  
  If you know that you are a co-creator, that your thoughts and feelings produce results, that what your attention is on (or you resist) continues to grow... then where is the 'sense' that is being made common here? Discipline your mind, folks. Your heart is just waiting for the opportunity to express its consciousness, but you've got to shut off the spigot in your head and replace the washers so it doesn't leak. Then just listen intently...
  
  Here's a quick process or technique you can use: Put your fingertips together... all of them. Now, focus on feeling your heartbeat in them. As soon as you become aware of your heartbeat, you are officially out of your mind. The more you can focus and allow your heartbeat to be felt throughout your body, the more open you will become. At some point as you continue, you'll become aware of the sound current... the collective vibrations of creation. It starts as a high-pitched tone and as you listen more intently, it will descend in pitch. If you are really quiet and focused, you can enter it. Ask your questions there.

    These are excellent observations. Consider this point as a person of color residing within womb of MotherEarth. This person being in a position of "life-threatening circumstances" in one of the most brutally hot areas in North America. This person brandishes a firearm in a moment of self preservation. This person then is apprehended, and stripped of his human-rights, separated from children and family and locked away in the bowels of dreadful prison for over five years under some of the most hideous conditions imaginable or unimaginable, threatened with rape, violence, and assault, while drenching in misery, sweat, and humidity of the savage summer heat for six months of the year, locked away inside 12x12 cell. I was under the impression this was action only suitable for animals and especially dogs and cats. This being sufficient time and place in practicing vibrations of creation and seeking faith being in the right place at the
    right time. Welcome to the New Age!

  I am darkworker and work as (juicer) this is slang term for electrician. I am lighting rigger and spend average 14 hour days or nights rigging lights for multiples scenes being shot for many of your horror movies you may have seen. Some lights are bright as 20 thousand watts. There are many horror movies filmed across MotherEarth. Sometimes they say art is reflection of life, no?

    I like to think that art imitating life imitating art, is the ultimate expression or act of creation, in that it comes from what would otherwise be a contradiction. Something from nothing. As long as we have life-love the cycle continues indefinitely..

  When I say Lightworker, I'm not saying I don't have darkness within me that needs to be transmuted, I think we all have our dark natures and we decide to channel that energy in a way that serves the light or serves the dark or create something productive or destructive.....
  
  I know there are some people on this planet, that laugh at me when I try and talk spiritually, and they have no desire to understand what I say about "energy" or listen to me when I tell them about anything amazing that's happened in my life, in fact they have actually tried to destroy my reality any way they can...
  
  That's what I consider to be dark, someone who works their agenda in a destructive fashion.....
