TWO BRAINS?
Everybody has two cerebral hemispheres that make up one brain.
The left part is where speech comes from. It also controls the right side of your body. Our logic and reasoning skills come from this half as do number skills. The right side of your brain is your creative and athletic part. Art appreciation comes from this half. The right is known as the visual side. The right side is where spatial imagery comes from. People with damage here have a hard time picturing things. As people get older, they use one side more.
The two halves are connected by a bundle of nerves called the corpus callosum. This is how the two halves communicate.
Doctors used to think it served no purpose and it is still a common procedure to have it severed to protect you from seizures. Patients who have under gone this have little difference in the life. Doctors were sure that the bundle of millions of nerves must have some use. They started to do a lot of test. Most experiments used a split screen, which would present a question or image to only one side of the brain. One test I read about and thought was neat involved a person named P.S. To the left side, the logical side, a picture of a chicken was presented. To the right side, a picture of a snow scene was shown. He was asked to select two cards from a series of cards. He picked one of a chicken, with his right hand, and one of a shovel with his left hand. (The right side of the brain controls the left hand and the left side controls the right hand.) The selections he made went together. He was then asked why. His left-brain took over and used its language superiority to answer this. His right side couldn't contact his left side so he did not know why he selected the shovel. His left-brain automatically employed its logic and gave the answer, "The chicken goes with the chicken and the shovel is used to clean his pen." He thought the answer was right but it wasn't. Pretty Neat. Read an article by one of the pioneers in this field.
ARE YOU RIGHT BRAINED OR LEFT BRAINED?
Next to every number on your paper, write whether it was a L or an R. Count up the number of L's and R's. Whichever number is higher represents your dominance. If the numbers are close, that means you use both sides of your brain equally.

Well I don't believe that, people don't only use their left brain, that's impossible. If you're able to see and imagine and feel, you're using your right brain. And there's alot more to both sides than that, it really is true, you can't really function properly without using both sides, even to do something simple like writing a sentence. We may be taught in school to be predominately left brained, they may condition us to go through life using left brained thinking, they may create a society where to be left brained is the norm...but people aren't born that way, especially children, who are almost always predominately right brained. And all throughout history, there's always been right brained people, your artists, inventors, visionaries, philosophers and spiritual teachers.
I think people become predominately left brained because of blocks on self, because the right brain is all about the self, and subjectivity, and if you don't really love and aren't really connected to yourself, you close off your right brain. Likewise, if you're too stuck in your mind and in objectivity, and are too outward oriented, which is left brain...and you don't have a good connection to your heart and feelings, and your inner self...you close off your right brain. Or if you're too mature and serious and try to structure everything you say instead of being light and loose and letting things flow naturally, you close off your right brain.
There's alot of reasons why so many people are left brain dominated, and I don't think it has to do with ETs manipulating us. If that were true, nobody would be able to have any real access to their right brain, but that's not the case at all.
Yeah except that every animal with a brain built like ours has two halves, so the aliens must have been busy making sure all the animals have two half brains so that no one noticed that the humans were tampered with too.
i guess we'll never know .... so we have to move forward with what we have ... ;) one step at the time
They have also found out some people are wired backwards, logic on the righ and art on the left, making these experiments not as valid becuase they do not determine first hand if the person is a backwards person or not, in fact some people are even born with their organs flipped.
Also determining if you are left/right brain dominant is only another way to separate people, which is extremely dangerous here as we see how people like to attack others based on percieved "differences".
