  I am quite spiritual, always have been....i am not very religious though,,one thing that stuck with me was to always follow the belief of do unto others, as u would have done to you...others are a reflection of yourself after all. Such a simple concept,,i dont see all that many people living by this concept in everyday life yet though. I like this post thanks for sharing it with us Lori.

  A therapist said to me if someone is pressing your buttons. Get out some money and start paying them because they are helping you grow. I read a comment from someone and I thought it was great. It was basically about people taking stuff and running with it. While people have doubt and disbelief I am reading, assimilating and running with it.
  
  Regardless of what others do on this planet. I do yoga, volunteer at a women's shelter, and do my meditation. These are things that i have to do for my own sanity. I dont get to be the person who can get by without doing spiritual work. Cast off and aside what others say and do and set to the tasks at hand. We have work to do....
