As a reincarnated angel, do I have other angels watching me?

I am quite new i my awakening process, and I have been told by several other spiritual people that I am a reincarnated angel.

 

Do I have other angels watching me or am I the angel watching others? I hope you can answer my questions.

    Which Clair is your strongest?  meaning clair-yoance, clairsentience, clairaudience or claircognizance?
