    we dont have death row here in uk, but i once watch a live leathal injection in the usa and i found it very distressing, it set off so many thoughts into my head about all of it, ...............

  viktor and gabriel had help inspiring "mates" into home grown gardens and see if it works; It did and still does today. Even most brutal cases can be "corrected", me think..........................

    compassion also proved to be safe "weapon" against aggression and fear;...............there is a case of a woman excecuted in Texas "few yrs" back, who, while holding in her hand a great book(essene gospel of peace) admitted , on national tv that had healed her self(and she did). State of texas still showed no mercy and her soul traveled upon higher realms.............

  This dream just may come true, I believe houses are going to be one of the major things that our E.T. family helps us with. I have had visions of everyone living in self sustainable earthship type houses with aquaponics greenhouses for a couple years now and have been envisioning ways to turn it into reality. I think their help is needed for it, they probably have much more efficient and cost effective ways of doing it . I can assume they have better designs also.. :) When I was in jail I was envisioning them building earthship type houses on top of the buildings in Seattle, around the space needle.

  folks committing violent crimes need help; that much is true, but as society , especially in meat eating society, this kind of behaviour is not uncommon. Meat consumption make humans more agressive, more hatefull and judgemental. There are programs correcting this "foulty" dna falsities within human reality; this brings me to remember couple of fellows , vegan and raw foods, who had actually tried and are still doing it today( Viktoras Kulviskas & Gabriel Cousins ) to help prison system.Their rate of success , converting violent prisoners , is around 70~80% ;.......according to viktor.~!~

  There is something else to consider : Love is a healing remedy, like a magnet attracting like~wise energy. LOVE Baby LOVE....~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  yer, i suppose every soul on planet earth is involved in this, whereever they may be, they could be starving in a country with not good water supplies, or in prison, hospital, dont know how it works, but we are all living souls with feelings so ...........

  Ive thought alot about this issue too. And I like Sagi13's suggestions.

   

  Basically put I don't think any person should be interred in any sort of prison for more than a year. If the concept really is about rehabilitation there either will be Progress made on rehabilitating them by then, or there wont.

  1) Rehabilitation is all about getting someone to be better again, a regular member of society who can get along with others peacefully. It has nothing to do with punishment, but rather correcting a problem.

  Nobody who was in rehabilitation would be allowed much, if any contact with others that are interred, and all of them would get care from the staff. It isn't wise to allow "inmates" to mix with each other since they may end up causing each others' misaligned behaviors to be rienforced (which is what happens in prison already).

  Basically a prison would be like a mental hospital but without the medication.

   

  2) If the person cant be rehabilitated but their crimes aren't considered heinous, then they are interred long term in a Territory somewhere that has all of the regular aspects of living but is populated by likewise people.

  Basically some place that can be isolated with closed off borders. Alongside other people who have similar problems. Living there might not necessarily be glorified, but for example someone could have their own house and for all the world seem to be living a normal life - they just wouldn't be able to travel out of that territory.

  It isn't just some place to throw away society's rejects and forget about them (like Australia was originally designed to be, or like in the movie Escape From New York). They would be cared for just like everyone else, provided with opportunities to live a more or less healthy lifestyle, be productive, even be creative and still pursue many of their own goals. Perhaps not as much opportunity as they would have in the outside world but every effort would be made to make life livable.

  For those who have issues that require their complete separation from the outside world (such as con artists) they will be located in small colonies basically cut off from the outside world. So those places wouldn't have internet or phone for example, and all of their mail would be monitored.

   

  3) If the crimes are violent or heinous, damaging to someone else's life in a long term way, and there is a good chance they will do it again - they are put to Death.

  This includes murderers and rapists, but might also consider some others such as arsonists and others that threaten to cause alot of damage to society by themselves.

  Life is a gift, a privilege. And nobody dies without their own free will choosing to do so, since we create our own life paths.

  So if someone wasn't in some way Manifesting their own death then they wouldn't do what it takes to Provoke the death penalty. And death has the twofold advantage that it is a Release for that person, as well as the society.

  But these are the cases that would be put under scrutiny, since not every one who kills or maims someone is a raving lunatic... not everyone is going to do the same thing again.

  More than likely there would not be a second chance for leniency... and such a case would only be heard if there was a good chance that a second incident really could have been an accident.

  The man who kills his wife in a fit of passion may quite well never do it again, and it may be appropriate enough to treat that person and simply keep them under surveillance, and make sure anyone he found romance with knew that they killed their former lover. Or maybe they have to go to a place such as #2 up above, but which is isolated from people that they would be attracted to as lovers (wife killer? he cant meet women).

  But for example if this occurred because of their personality and attitude, that means under the right circumstances they could snap again, and because of the risks involved (of them brutally raping another child, or killing someone else) they would be put to death just to be safe.

   

  4) There would be little distinction between normal Criminals and the Mentally Insane. People with a history or diagnosis of mental illness would perhaps be treated in different locations, since they require more medical and professional care.

  When it comes to the more dangerous individuals that we would basically lock up for life - they would have to be put to death as well. It would be inhumane to force them to live with that Condition and under those Circumstances for the rest of their life. There's just no point to it.

   

  5) In the limited case that you have a person who is dangerous to everyone else but has not actually done anything wrong, they may be sequestered in some kind of prison or house arrest - but they would receive any care they needed.

  Of course the definition of "dangerous" varies but for example the proverbial Typhoid Mary would be treated this way. It would be very rare to somehow fit this classification though, and essentially be put in prison for life.

   

  This list isn't exhaustive, and obviously the Justice system itself (the process of determining guilt or innocence) would need to be abolished and redesigned, but that's pretty much the way that I feel it ought to be.

  None of these things are about punishment at all, they are about making sure that someone who has performed erroneously receives whatever they need to change their ways, and about protecting the society not only by removing dangerous and manipulative individuals from it - - but also making sure that society isn't burdened with having to maintain long term prison care too (and likewise lose that person as a productive member of society).

  And also to protect the Individual by making sure that they are not denied many opportunities of their own - either to become an active member of society again or at least to still have the chance be able to pursue their own goals.

   

  To make a long story short this approach just gets right to the point - if the person is too dangerous to be part of (any) society then we just kill them and be done with it. If the person can get better, then every effort is made to make sure they will quickly. If they can't get better but they could get along with others in a more controlled setting, and still lead happy and productive lives then that is where they are put and kept (and maybe years later they might be able to leave).

  At the current moment the Illuminati's terminal plans are basically to have Everyone in prison, with "Freedom" being a special gift. The prison wouldn't be called a prison, but a work center, which would basically be a sweat shop factory where people made things just like the corporate factories in china.

  Basically it would be a return to Serfdom or Peonage - everyone is slaves to the elite - and it would become the norm and expected for everyone to be living in this kind of lifestyle. And all other aspects of their entire lives would be built around the entertainment and practices that the Elite would choose for them to have (including religion if they cant get rid of that).

  Some dystopian movies like Rollerball or Escape from New York have a good example.

  Fact is they will use any system they can to get people to be the way they want them to. Whether its a facist or communist state, large corporations that contractually "own" their employees, or through the penal system.

  For example when Slavery was outlawed in the united states - many blacks were still enslaved through prison work camps that would "sell" the services of the inmates to private individuals. So some black man hanging out by a lamppost could be arrested for vagrancy, which would be considered a Felony, and then worked to death in some mine, factory, or farm. They actually had worse treatment after they were released as slaves, because there were some rules for how slaves had to be treated, but prisoners were just a number and they could make up any story they wanted.

  Oh i know, it's awful. But I don't think it negates the quote :)  These people even use the percentage of poor young men in a community to calculate how many prison cells they need to build. It's really horrible.  Bit I still think there are many people out there who still believe that these people truly deserve to be there in their heart of hearts.  (I have taught criminology, and believe me--people are aware that the prisons are making money in some way or another, but think that this wouldn't be an issue if people just stopped committing crimes)  ::sigh:::
