Ascension Symptoms

Dear Friends,

We have so many lightworkers guiding us on how to activate the DNA upgrade and those who keep tabs on Ascension symptoms, namely Karen Bishop http://www.emergingearthangels.com/

Whom provide monthly updates, it occurs that whilst comparatives may not hold any intrinsic value, maybe a discussion could help those who have unaswered questions.

In my case I am very conscious of my Temporal lobes becoming sensitive and would appreciate any feedback from others, please.

    Amongst my friends who are experiencing the ascension symptoms, one who has found her body is changing in size or rather the feet at the moment, as part of the energy changes. Apparently it is quite normal according to the following link:
