Aloha Everyone, Many of our Ashtar Family members are living on the East Coast and in the areas of the Caribbean where Sandy has wreaked massive destruction, including innumerable losses of life - human, animal and plant. Our Hearts are with them, and we join with all of you in sending our loving energies to everyone involved. There have been many group meditations, and there will be many more to join in with. Meanwhile, we suggest that you participate whenever you are inspired to do so. You can join with any and all others, simply by giving your intent, and you can also put your messages of support and healing on "perpetual repeat," as Ashtar says. This massive storm gives us all an opportunity to help in any way we can, and to reflect upon what is truly important in our lives - where we are and where we're going.
