Astral question

I know the difference in dreams.

I am no newbie to Astral Projection, but last night I experienced something I cannot explain and it doesn't feel like it was all too good and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar to this.

I understand the vibration that happens just as it begins and such, and that is not what bothers me, but I was conscious in two places at once. Last night, I was lying down trying to sleep. The next thing I know I am sitting on the couch. I was talking to someone who was kneeling down in front of me and as if I was initiating a 'jump' out, a similar, stronger vibration came up through my spine in a very painful way and each time it did, my astral 'self' would have like a damned seizure and my physical heart began to pound, which woke me up where i was sleeping. I would go back to sleep, feel the normal vibration, separate and do it over and over again - each time waking to my heart pounding and sometimes hurting.

I am not sure that I was the one initiating the feeling or not (Though I know i did at least once to 'show' the one who was kneeling with me), though I don't think I was. I was also weak in my astral 'self', literally falling from weakness when I tried to move.

I cannot come up with a definitive theory as to what had happened, but it reminds me a lot of the day that I died back in 2003.

I think what gets me the most is that it was painful. I have never had a painful vibration before.

Me having the same problem i think you re-live what happened in 2003,the same with my surgeries,i seem to re-live them but then with the pain that i did not feel when under narcose. It seems that we are pushed to re-live it so we can clean it up and also i believe al cells have a memory.So even if i was under narcose my cells did register pain.It does faint away by every year that passes.I did this discovery because i seem to go trough the pain every year at the same date of the surgeries.Symptoms,pain,and healing keep on reocuring every year but in less pain for each year. And because surgeries or NDE's also touch the astral body you might experience these things on that level simultaniously,and get help from others on astral level to(kneeling person)in your story. I used to have astral contact with my current wife for 25 years before we met again,we knew after a few specific questions and answers we had for eachother,that we were meeting astraly so you might know this person to,who is helping you.
