No official police reports pertaining to Wilcock can be found. A body was found in Nederland CO but the coroner has not released the identity.

Ahhh this makes soo much sense!
(5:57) Don't eat right before going to sleep! since the body uses energy to digest the food and will make it harder to get into that stillness paralysis state.
- I usually grub right before going to bed :P
but yeah that sleep paralysis state (mind awake, body asleep) has always been one of my launch off point to project astrally. First the paralysis comes then the vibration and finally the using of intention and focus in projecting outward.
- as a kid growing up I've always experienced sleep paralysis and thought of them to be extremely annoying.. then one day in my middle school years my friend brought me to Barns&nobles to the NewAge section and showed me a book about astral projection.. in the book it mentioned about the sleep paralysis stage and how if one were to imagine themselves floating above their physical body one would end up having an out of body experience. Soon enough 2-3weeks later I had my first OOBE :)
