This report concerns three major countries in Europe: the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. There has been much debate about the France horoscope; I chose the Fifth Republic of France chart (1958), and I selected the chart with the packed 6th House and the Moon in Cancer in the 4th House. I am aware of the many different horoscopes of France (along with Germany), but these are simply my own selections from catalogues of many different horoscope charts; my selection is based on my interpretation of the nation in correlation with the chart (along with several astrology transit tests that include WWII, recent terrorist incidents, and the joining with the European Union).
United Kingdom
Pluto transits the 4th house of the U.K. for 2017. With a hard Pluto Opposition Moon transit taking place in spring of 2017 (with the natal U.K. Moon in the 10th House of "reputation and the ruling party"), the United Kingdom should experience major transformation (and crisis) in areas related to the government, its operations, and the reputation associated with the ruling party of the government throughout most of 2017.
Pluto Semisquare Pluto takes place in July and December of 2017, and with transiting Pluto in the 4th House there is a probability of crisis or slight tension involving local communities and neighborhoods, along with the "non-ruling party" at this time. This may define public conflict with the government in some way, and government areas appear to be the root of this conflict due to Pluto in Capricorn.
Neptune transits the U.K. 5th house of "speculation, recreational trends (especially among young people), and entertainment" throughout 2017. Transiting Neptune bisects the natal trine of Sun Trine Mars in January - February of 2017, and this looks like it may represent "deception or disappointments (and yes, fraud or lies) involving activities of the elite (natal Mars in the 8th House) and / or the health of the communities and neighborhoods (natal Sun in the 4th House)." This may also represent disappointments involving the health of communities or disappointments with the leader of the non-ruling party of the U.K. (since the 4th House represents the non-ruling party, and the mundane Sun represents "the CEO, the president, the general health or outward personality").
The 2017 transiting fire trine of Saturn Trine Uranus will bisect and form a grand trine with the natal U.K. Saturn in Leo position (in the U.K. 11th House) during February-April of 2017. Transiting Saturn will be in the U.K. 3rd house and transiting Uranus will be in the U.K. 7th House. Because Saturn/Uranus is often defined as "an argument, addressing the old with new ideas, surprises to government or authority," this timeframe may be significant in terms of defining possible shakeups or tension involving 11th House government areas that define "local governments, allies, and neighbors."
Lucky and expansive Jupiter transits the U.K. 1st House ("appearance as seen by others, health, grassroots opinions") throughout 2017. Jupiter enters the 2nd House ("general banking services and investments of the general public, current and liquid assets, financial spending trends by the public") in December of 2017. This indicates that financial areas affecting the public may improve as 2017 closes out.
Transiting Jupiter forms a hot sextile to the natal U.K. Saturn (in the 11th House) from January-February of 2017. This transit (along with the Saturn Trine Uranus transit that applies to the U.K. natal Saturn in the 11th House during February-April) indicates a good probability for important and significant changes to take place with the U.K. that concern "local governments, allies, and neighbors" during the first half of 2017.
Transit Jupiter then forms a square with the natal 10th house Moon in March and August of 2017, and transit Jupiter also forms a hot opposition with the North Node in summer of 2017. This may indicate either "much happiness involving law interpretation, treaties, the general public, and neighborhoods of the U.K.," OR "much foreign involvement with the courts, treaties, the general public, and neighborhoods of the U.K."
Lucky Jupiter Square Jupiter (with transiting Jupiter in the 2nd House forming a square to natal Jupiter in the 10th House) takes place in late December of 2017. The U.K. should close out 2017 on a happy note, and this will probably involve the financial state for the general public (and also possibly involving petroleum due to transit Jupiter in the sign of Scorpio). This is despite what appears to be much chaos and transformation concerning the 2017 relationship between the general public with the U.K. government.
Germany
Pluto will transit Germany's 1st House throughout 2017. The massive numbers of immigrants who are Wahhabist Muslims (who view "improperly dressed women" as fair game for sexual advances) may play a siginificant role in defining a Pluto "transformation crisis" affecting the Germany 1st House in 2017 via "appearance as seen by others, general health, the environment, and grassroots opinions."
The government of Germany is currently trying an assimilation of a certain foreign Muslim culture (that believes in a strict religious theocracy) to be combined with a native German Judeo-Christian culture (that does not believe in such a strict religious theocracy). And this attempt to combine these two different cultures is seen by outsiders as a current crisis in Germany, and the current government of Germany (STILL) refuses to acknowledge that such a crisis exists concerning this inability to combine these two different cultures.
It is my opinion that the Pluto 1st House transit transformation crisis involving the appearance of Germany (which will continue througout 2017) will result in chaotic changes in the environment and the appearance of Germany due to possible grassroots violence and conflicts involving the police and/or the military. These conflicts will concern this German government endorsed assimilation of two cultures that simply cannot be forced to co-exist in the same environment (1st House), and is thus creating a crisis due to this government assimilation (Pluto in Capricorn).
The rationale of this assimilation may be due to the current government of Germany applying a Margaret Mead principle involving the "liberal" role of government. This Mead principle is based on the idea that if one wants to enhance cultural diversity, one must change the environment by adding a "weave (of) a less arbitrary social fabric, one in which each diverse human gift will find a fitting place."
The problem with this Mead application in the case of Germany is that this "added weave" is a social community that has elements known to promote violence in the name of an organized religion from the Middle East and Northern Africa. This is thus a danger to the old social fabric of Germany that does not desire to partake and accept such violent concepts of this organized religion. And this is regardless of the liberal principle of Mead that ASSUMES it will result in social diversity and harmony, regardless of the differences between the two "weaves" that can "work it out."

Neptune transits the 2nd house of Germany throughout 2017, and forms a square with natal Neptune in the 5th House in January-February of 2017. This defines potential banking problems for the general public of Germany in January-February 0f 2017, possibly related to the current depreciation of the Euro currency unit. This may also indicate further depreciation of value in the Euro currency unit, and further appreciation in the U.S. Dollar (it's counterpart) at this time.
Neptune Trine Venus takes place with exact hits in March and August. With natal Venus in the 9th house and close to the Midheaven, this adds further evidence that the "reputation of Germany (Midheaven)regarding international relationships (natal Venus in the 9th House) may undergo disappointments or deception (fraud) in areas related to foreign relations or current assets that may impact the public in some disappointing way (transit Neptune in the 2nd House)."
Uranus transits Germany's 3rd House ("the mainstream media, news, roads, postal services, communications") throughout 2017. With natal Mercury in the religious and foreign-based 9th House, religious and foreign views may be the news with a Uranus Opposition Mercury transit that takes place in April 2017. This may define "shocking news" concerning 9th House areas of "foreign relations, relationships with foreigners (i.e. immigrants), religious views, long distance travel." This may define a terrorist event or the government clamping down on their native citizens over foreign views, or it may involve government clamping down on new foreigners in the country (or their religion) in some way. It can also define media news reporting conflicts with foreigners or foreign religious views in some way.
Uranus Semisquare Neptune takes place in April and October of 2017, and this may define added probability of the media reporting on the previously described financial disappointments that affect the German public and the Euro currency. And with Uranus representing "terrorism," terrorism is also a wildcard possibility since Neptune rules "disappointments."
Saturn transits the 12th House throughout 2017. Saturn rules "the government, government actions (especially involving restrictions or limitations), military actions." The 12th House rules "secret enemies of the government or the ruling party, terrorist activities, hospitals, prisons, secret surveillance activities behind the scenes." This strongly implies that the German government may be involved in surveillance activities that involve the general population, political enemies, terrorism, or all the above.
Jupiter enters the 9th House of Germany in January of 2017, and retrogrades back into the 8th House in March of 2017. The good news for Germany is that this retrograde of 8th House Jupiter will conjunct Germany's natal Pluto in the 8th House VERY HARD from May to June of 2017. This may define some sort of "positive or fortunate transformation" involving Germany's "banks, financial issues, espionage activities, or activities of the elite." This may represent some sort of "rescue" if Germany is having serious financial issues, or it may define some sort of secret success involving Germany's elite regarding certain financial terms or agreements with the government in some way, especially regarding taxes, tariffs, and levies. Success with espionage areas is another possibility.
France
Pluto transits the 10th house of France throughout 2017. Pluto rules "transformation, often through crisis" and the 10th house rules "the CEO, the president, the prime minister, the ruling party, the overall reputation." This 10th House transit of Pluto strongly suggests that a transformation crisis will take place with the ruling party of France (and possibly the President or Prime Minister) during 2017. Further proof of this is due to Pluto Sesquiquadrate Pluto transits ("tension due to transformation crisis") taking place in January, May, and December of 2017.
Transiting Neptune is in the French 12th House of "secret enemies of the government or the ruling party, terrorist activities, hospitals, prisons, secret surveillance activities behind the scenes." Neptune forms a quincunx with the natal 6th House Sun Conjunction Mercury placement in March-May and July-September timeframes of 2017. This may indicate tension due to "disappointments or deceptions to government workers" that are involved in "healthcare, surveillance, public or government communications, the military, police, or administration work." And yes, terrorism is also a possibility due to Neptune transiting in the 12th house.
Uranus transits the 1st House of France throughout 2017. The 1st House rules "the appearance as seen by others, health, grassroots opinions, the environment." Because of the current rapid rise of grassroots opinions regarding politics taking place in France at this time, it is fair to define Uranus transiting the 1st House of France as adding some Uranus "shocks and surprises" to the 1st House "environment" of France regarding grassroots opinions from a political perspective. Uranus squares the natal Moon of France in the 4th House in January of 2017, and this may define 2017 starting out for France with "shocks or surprises involving local communities and the public." This may indicate terrorism, political protests, neighborhood riots, public quarrels, or electrical issues with communities.
France gets its final Saturn Return in December 2016 (almost as I write this). Transiting Saturn will enter the French 9th House in February of 2017, retrograde back into the 8th House in June of 2017, and enter the 9th house for good in November of 2017. This may indicate government actions involving limiting areas concerning foreigners, restrictions involving foreign religions or philosophies, and even a possible sway with the national philosophy in a more conservative direction.
I don't know if this Saturn transit into the 9th House defines a conservative Marine Le Pen victory in 2017 (and it is starting to look probable), but even if Le Pen doesn't win, there will be a more "conservative vibration" in France with Saturn entering the 9th House in 2017 that may force Le Pen's opponent to lean in a conservative direction on some issues.
Jupiter leaves the 6th house and enters the 7th House in January - February of 2017, retrogrades back into the 6th House in March, and re-enters the 7th House for good in August of 2017. This may indicate important public issues in the French courts taking place or new foreign treaties being reviewed with Jupiter in the 7th House.
The 6th House transiting Jupiter then squares the natal 4th House Moon in March and August of 2017, and this may indicate good news for French citizens or French communities due to 6th House government actions. The March transit to the 4th House Moon may also indicate good news for Le Pen (since the 4th House rules "the opposing party"), but it can also define government financial breaks or freedoms allowed to the French public (and this may be coming from Le Pen's opponents in the government).
France gets it's Jupiter Return and Jupiter Conjunction Neptune in November - December of 2017. Similar to England, this indicates that 2017 may close out for France with a positive note despite what appears to be potential dissonance between the French public and the French government during much of 2017.
