One area of controversy that is nearly always discussed in JFK assassination discussions was Lee Harvey Oswald reportedly speaking Russian. The Warren Commission Report did infer that Oswald knew some Russian (according to Jim Garrison, District Attorney of New Orleans). But the Warren Commission also stated that Oswald learned Russian while in the Marines, and there is some very serious flaws with this inference if one looks at the time frame (eighteen months) that would have allowed Oswald to study Russian, as well as his education background.

Oswald's Education And Marine Background Prior To Re-Assignment At Marine Corps Air Base El Toro (December 1958)
Oswald's education background was best described by his Marine Corps aptitude test: two points below average. He never finished high school; he had a ninth grade education at 17 (when he enlisted with the Marines). This is along with a childhood truancy violation and a history of threatening a school counselor with a pocket knife. And he missed a lot of class due to his parents moving around the U.S. in search of work.
Oswald's childhood friend Edward Voebel claims that the Warren Commission's reporting of Oswald studying communism in his younger years was "baloney." Voebel claimed that Oswald mostly read "paperback trash." Also note that the Warren Commission named Edward Voebel as a childhood friend with the longest friendship with Lee Harvey Oswald (just prior to entering the Marines).
Oswald turned the legal age of 17 and signed up with the Marines in fall of 1956 (with his parents approval) and after dropping out of two years of high school. Interestingly, this Marine enlistment was one month after Oswald became a recorded member of the Socialist Party of America (which a lot of people, including Edward Voebel, really doubt took place. This may be because Voebel insisted that Oswald was not studying communism when he knew him, despite the Warren Commission's claim that Oswald studied it prior to his enlistment with the Marines).
Oswald's rifle skills at boot camp reportedly got the rare honor of "Maggie's Drawers" flown at the rifle range (which is a red flag waved to indicate the shooter missed the target completely. This is either a sign of bad eyesight or the first time someone had fired a rifle). Nevertheless. Oswald did graduate with a "Sharpshooter" rank in May of 1957, which is the middle rank between "Expert" and "Marksman."
Oswald completed his basic training with the Air Traffic Control and Early Warning Course in June of 1957, and was eventually shipped off to a western Pacific assignment at Atsugi Radar Station in August of 1957. He was promoted to the rank of Private First Class, and he was also given a Confidential Security Clearance.
The next eighteen months after basic training (which would have allowed some time for reading and studying) featured three huge problems for Private First Class Lee Harvey Oswald:
(1) Oswald had a court martial for illegal possession of a firearm and illegal discharge of that firearm (Oswald accidentally shot himself in the arm with a Derringer pistol he hid in his shirt).
(2) Oswald would get a second court martial for assaulting a superior officer. He gets brig time for that offense.
(3) Oswald received a non-judicial punishment for shooting a rifle into the jungle (for no reason) while on sentry duty in the Philippines.
These offenses took place from 1957 to 1958. Note that all of these offenses described above usually carry extra duties as punishment. These duties destroy any chance for ample free time for studies, and it is for this reason (in addition to the lack of education) that I vehemently disagree with the Warren Commission regarding Oswald studying Russian while with the Marines. It simply seems totally improbable for Lee Harvey Oswald to have had the time (or the education) to learn Russian while in the Marine Corps.
This is until we enter the year 1959, the year a "rehabilitated" Oswald started telling really funny jokes (with Russian in the jokes), get inquired about by a Marine lieutenant for having a subscription to a Russian newspaper, and finally go on to defect to the Soviet Union in late 1959.
Oswald's Dramatic Transformation After Arrival To Marine Corps Air Base El Toro (December 22, 1958) From Overseas Duty
Oswald arrived back in the states on Monday, December 22, 1958. He would take a U.S. government Russian language exam in February of 1959, and get a score of "Poor." He would also retake his rifle competency in May of 1959, and score poorly (Oswald got demoted from "Sharpshooter" to "Marksman"). Yet during this time frame, Oswald was reportedly heard having a Russian accent at times when speaking. He was also telling jokes that featured Russian in the joke (to make the joke interesting, according to fellow Marine Kerry Thornley). And yes, there was the "scandal" of Oswald subscribing to a Russian newspaper while he was at El Toro (and which drew the open anxiety of a Marine Corps Lieutenant Delprado regarding the subscription).
If Oswald learned Russian prior to arrival to El Toro base (which is derived and inferred from the Warren Commission Report), Oswald must have had either a lot of time on his side prior to arriving at El Toro OR he was substituted with someone who knew the Russian language.
The Horoscope of Lee Harvey Oswald
Oswald has Neptune ("disappointments; service; drugs; sacrifice; deception") in the third house ("experiences during childhood; communications; writing; short distance travel"). Neptune is very close to opposition with the Midheaven ("reputation"), and hard aspects between Neptune and the Midheaven are noted for making one's reputation less respected when compared to others. Also note that Oswald had a very disappointing childhood, as Neptune in the third may define.
"Inclinations toward debates becoming arguments and haste becoming accidents" are usual astrology definitions for the sharp ninety degree square between Mercury ("communications; writing; thinking") in the fifth house of speculation with Mars ("action; activities or accidents involving steel or weapons; ego; competition") in the eighth house of transformation and crisis. The pre-1959 Oswald reportedly did have a problem with getting along with people, especially authority figures. He was willing to commit assault on at least two occasions. And he did have accidents with weapons.
Jupiter ("expansion; luck; philosophy; freedom; long-distance travel") is in the tenth house of reputation and career, and is in a strong harmonious trine with Pluto in the first house ("expression via assertiveness, confidence, or intimidation"). The overall interpretation of Jupiter / Pluto is "positive transformation." But the problem is that Saturn shares the tenth house with Jupiter, and as mentioned with the NSA horoscope, the tenth house is the natural home for Saturn and Saturn can be a real jerk in terms of teaching responsibility and mandating restrictions. Oswald may have gravitated to the energy of Jupiter since he was born with Jupiter nearly overhead, but Saturn ("restrictions; responsibility; authority; reality") is also nearby AND Saturn is also in the tenth house (ruled by Saturn). This may represent the conflict between Oswald's need for Jupiter freedom with the sudden presence of Saturn authority (at least prior to 1959).
BULLSEYE: Lee Harvey Oswald's Formula For "one's own death" Equals The Midpoint of Mars / Hades ("murder") PERFECTLY
The formula for murder (Mars / Hades) really sticks out with it's perfect equality with Oswald's Mars + Saturn - Midheaven formula ("one's own death"). But was this murder the one that took place on November 24, 1963 by Jack Ruby OR the murder claimed by many that took place sometime in late 1958 to early 1959?????

"One's own death may be a murder or an accident involving steel or weapons of some kind. This death will take place in a community of people very close to each other in some way, and will involve an atmosphere of much secrecy or disgust and a separation from others. There will also be a reputation of 'doing what is good for the group' in this community, and there may be military or government secrecy along with foreign leadership involved in much activity within this community."
Lee Harvey Oswald ("Patsy") Getting Killed By Jack Ruby (1963)
Oswald's Mars / Hades now equals Moon / Mars. The problem with this placement is that Moon / Mars has more to do with arousal of and the display of ego (Mars) and emotion (Moon) as opposed to committing "murder or a nasty activity" (Mars / Hades). I view Moon / Mars as "a big argument or a big fight," but not a murder. There is a noted presence of military or "government police" (Mars / Kronos) relative to this event along with "organized crime elements" (Cupido / Hades). But the Moon / Mars midpoint is an argument in my opinion, and the presence of Mars / Chiron ("other-worldly actions or weapons") with Midheaven / Aries ("reputation for world impact") seems to indicate a big argument going on about use of special weapons or activities of an exotic nature. And the parties involved in this argument indicate both government police and organized crime. And Jack Ruby reportedly worked for both the FBI and for organized crime families out of Chicago, and may have had a big argument with both parties about being told to kill Oswald at this particular time.

Conclusion
The evidence is substantial that U.S. Marine Lee Harvey Oswald was definitely not the same person in 1959 as he was prior to 1959. Lee Harvey Oswald transformed from a Marine with a history of gun accidents (and assaults to superiors) to a Marine who would subscribe to Russian newspapers and tell jokes with Russian in the jokes. Oswald would also become a Soviet Union defector in 1959, with no problems leaving or coming back to the United States (in 1961). And Oswald came back with a Russian speaking wife who didn't understand English, and had no problems bringing her into the United States.
I smell a rat, and so does a majority of the U.S. population when asked if the C.I.A. had a role in the murder of John F. Kennedy.
