What can we do to save a part of our planet??? The Australian Govt has passed a bill to put a Nuclear Waste dump on Traditional Owner Lands up here in the Northern Territory - even though the TO's are in the middle of a Legal Battle and some are opposed to the dump being on their lands.........

A 'rail gun' is being constructed in the US. It using a high speed magnetic track that will send cargo into space at a high velocity, Why not encase nuke waste in dense meted rubber from discarded tires and send them up, with tracking. Once in space they can be sent toward the sun. Far fetched?
