An effective way to develop the third eye and crown chakra by a breathing exercise that greatly oxygenates the blood and produces an extraordinary amount of prana (chi), together with specific hand positions (mudras).
More information about Master Mokurai here: http://www.silentthundercenter.org/index.html
I tried this and first time using it; I started to see the outline of the monitor and shape of Mokurai within the video with eyes closed and slightly looking upward and focusing on the third eye area.
Very interesting technique and one worth trying if you feel inclined to test this.

Thank you Andy this is great......Ara I am sorry to hear about your back...;( I have had shoulder issues from years of training myself...;( I have tried to do some healing visualizations on my shoulder, but I don't think my vibrations are high enough. The yogic, martial arts breathing is powerful indeed......thank you!!
i used to practice the way of martial arts, however injured my back a few years back so now only practicing the 'passive' one ... ;) as dynamic/active -
meditation ...;) which is more effective to me anyway ... physical body is physical if you know what i mean ... you just have to move with the flow ... ;)
as to record and upload and use 'you tube' i think about it ... lol ... however it could be a very long thinking ... ;)
Peace
we used to call that method (baby breathing) as infants breathe with their stomach first and then we grow up and forgot about it .... ;) and you're right there are many versions of Chi Gong .... it's very old system, older then Thai Chi and it goes hand and hand together with the martial arts (as feeling and understanding the energy source 'you' ..... )
as to show you ... :) hmm .... me Canada you UK ... and (the challenge of this practice is that it has to be performed everyday ... no excuses) ... however it has very interesting history and input in Chinese culture and philosophy.
Love and light to you
Thanks Andy ... i do similar practice with the same way of breathing ... it's a breath of fire ... it helped me before on the very cold day ... ;) Most common issue in our society is our breathing – as most breathe with their diaphragm, so there is very limited amount of air reaches the body without supplying most organs with the oxygen, when one can re-learn to breath with their stomach first the effect is totally different …. based on my personal experience and practice.
This is one of my favorite: Chi Gong – is a highly energetic exercise system, the method of breathing is very similar as on the video which brings ‘fire’ positive energy to the body also it’s stimulates internal organs as well and it helps to reveal the body’s place within nature’s oneness. It helps to build up resistance to imbalance and blockages also it helps to integrate our body and mind by restoring balance and harmony within the energy body which manifest changes to the physical body – unity of life.
In peace
This is really cool Andy ~ thanks!! :)
