Balancing

I would really like some help! I need to balance and cleanse my energy and aura if anyone knows or can offer some suggestions that would be greatly appreciated as until I regain my balance I cannot make any clear decisions. Thank you!!

    I know when I'm stressed and frustrated I can't access any higher thoughts. It just doesn't happen, but only over time. The more stress, the less connection, and the longer it takes to achieve any meditation or thought. Finding a way to counteract the stress is sometimes the simple answer.
