Btw, the best bananas do not go out of the country of origin (like the Philippines) because they ripe so fast that they might be overripe by the time they reach their destination. As a result, only cavendish bananas (like the bananas in the pic above) are available in countries that cannot produce bananas. Cavendish bananas ripe very slowly and hence they are ideal for shipment. But cavendish bananas are actually not popular among the local populace of banana growing countries. Cavendish bananas are inferior in taste but are more expensive than the other types of bananas.
No this doesnt happen in nature, because nature wouldnt make a plant that cannot recreate itself. nature also does not allow the weak genes to survive, so if for example those stripe roses have weaknesses they would not survivie in the wild and only exists because some botanist maintains the GMO.
GENETICALLY
MODIFIED(manipulated)
ORGANISM.
Doesnt matter how the modification happens.
Any time you purposely affect the DNA of a thing, you have genetically modified the thing. Breeding out the seeds is genetic modification, cross pollinating is GMO, having a child is technically GMO, because the child isnt you it is a genetic mix of two random halves of chromosomes.

Bananas are the one of the older GMO foods. There are no seeds in bananas, they bred out the seeds . Now there is a problem with not being able to plant new trees very easily.
for me they are like a super food
I adore my banana smoothies in the mornings. I have 2 bananas, heaped tbls mesquite powder, bit of stevia powder, almond milk and a bit of organic buttermilk. This fills you right up till 11 or 12 even.
For those of you who don't wish to prepare a heavy dinner, this smoothie could also be a good idea.
Great Super drink to have in the morning Butterfly ...maybe makes you fly like a butterfly all day picking the best and leaving the rest
Curious George got it right.
It seems a banana a day keeps the Doctor away.
I like bananas as they are well protected and it's one fruit that you do not need to wash
