this is actually funny... as united states didn't punish anyone who robbed the people of their retirements , stock , and homes, is all pre-planned, because of daddy bush and cheney deregulating stock market ,insurance companies, and bank.... by the way how many actually know president Obama hiring all the crooks into white house to run federal reserve and financing. is a documentary movie named wall street showing us the facts. new world order hmmmm. the whole world is a conspiracy now i think of it and its politicians....

It doesn't matter how many bankers you arrest, if the Federal reserve is not abolished nothing will change
Basel 3 will finish being fully in place in 2018, and basel 4 is not even being designed yet. So this means maybe by 2020.
But as stated, basel 3 is already in place and banks are already implementing its requirements.
