BASHAR - DENSITIES OF BODY, ASCENSION...RECOMMEND

on Densities and Frequencies of the Body and Ascension. Can you GET INTO THIS thinking and Feeling it is deep, he suggests inner consciousness is the KEY not any specific higher body or event it is our inner consciousness perceptions on Ascension. Perceptions of Vibration and Frequency that BASHAR is discussing here. Bashar explains that our body is a compressed density of consciousness on Earth and that it is for many of us now expanding and decompresses he seems to be suggesting you can shift at any time within you. No need to wait for some mass event that will carry us all up.
