INTERESTING NOTE: Jeb Bush's natal fourth house Moon placement reflects the same fourth house Moon placement with Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton (as all appear to have afflicted fourth house Moon placements). This makes it very possible for interpretations of this fourth house Moon to be related with any questionable dealings in the area of real estate, and this real estate controversy aspect is present with the current "baggage" associated with Trump, Clinton, and Bush (who are all running for president).
Basic Astrology Of The Horoscope of Jeb Bush
Jeb Bush was born with the Sun in Aquarius with the Sun in conjunction with the star of Deneb Algedi. His fifth house Sun is part of a grand air trine in which the Sun forms two strong trine aspects (120 degrees) with second house Neptune and the Midheaven at 22 degrees Gemini 54 minutes.
Here are what my notes say about Deneb Algedi, the star in conjunction with Jeb Bush's Sun:
Deneb Algedi | A wise leader; finding the joy inherent in sorrow – and vice versa; glory and fame if death is avoided; betrayal, loss of position if associated with Sun or Moon. | 23° Aqu 50 |
| Fortunate | Saturn/ Jupiter |
The Sun in Aquarius defines an individual who is aloof, friendly, and very selective about friendship. These are the individuals that are often described as social isolates and who are with or without a cause. But Aquarius is also the one who brings forth breakthroughs in aspirations and ideas that have an effect on others in the environment.
Note that Aquarius is the most dominant sign among inductees in the American Hall of Fame, but it is also the most dominant sign for individuals committed to (and involved with) psychiatric facilities and mental institutions. Hence, there is a thin line of genius and insanity with the sign of Aquarius. The outcome of the mental state is determined by which direction the Aquarian selects to move relative with this thin line. ( http://www.psychicguild.com/horoscopes_zodiac.php?sign=Aquarius )
Bush's Aquarius Sun is in opposition with Pluto in Leo, much like fellow Aquarian Dan Quayle. One text wrote that the Sun Opposition Pluto placement defines the desire for attainment of power in some important and forceful way, and possibly involving secretive and intimate areas (i.e. politics; the bedroom; the occult).
I interpret Jeb Bush's fifth house Sun Opposition eleventh house Pluto as the following:
"attention upon aspirations regarding important power sources, and such sources are connected with important friends and associates."
Keep in mind that this Aquarius Sun placement is in a very strong trine with deception-ruling Neptune, and Neptune is in Bush's second house of financial resources. This may indicate "harmony" (trine) between "the entity itself" (the Sun) and with "areas of deception involving one's financial holdings" (Neptune in the second house).
Interpretation? Jeb Bush has good and sincere qualities for being of good service to others BUT he may also have good knowledge of areas involving financial deception, and may have even been a direct participant in such deception.
Here's a story from Mother Jones about Jeb Bush's taxpayer scam involving Broward Savings And Loan. This scam took place during the huge savings and loan failures of the 1980's (in which U.S. taxpayers were ordered to pay for saving and loan banking losses of which they had nothing to do with, while those indebted to such banks (i.e. Jeb Bush) had their loans "forgiven" and the property marked down in value (by U.S. government officials) allowing for easy and cheap acquisition by the debtors of the bank).
Jeb and Armando Codina
Shortly after arriving in Miami, Jeb was hired by Cuban-American developer Armando Codina to work at his Miami development company as an agent leasing office space. A couple of years later, Jeb and Codina became business partners, and in 1985 they purchased an office building in a deal partly financed by a savings and loan that later failed.
The $4.56 million loan, from Broward Federal Savings in Sunrise, Florida, was granted in such a way that neither Codina's nor Bush's name appeared on the loan papers as the borrowers. A third man, J. Edward Houston, borrowed the $4.56 million from Broward and then re-lent it to the Bush partnership. When federal regulators closed Broward Savings in 1988, they found the loan, which had been secured by the Bush partnership, in default.
As Jeb's father was finishing his second term as vice-president and running for the presidency, federal regulators had two options: to get Jeb Bush and his partner to repay the loan, or to foreclose on their office building. But regulators came up with a third solution. After reappraising the building, regulators decided it wasn't worth as much as was owed for it. The regulators reduced the amount owed by Bush and his partner from $4.56 million to just $500,000. The pair paid that amount and were allowed to keep their office building. Taxpayers picked up the tab for the unpaid $4 million.
After the Broward Savings deal was revealed, Jeb described himself and his partner as "victims of circumstances."
The Belt of Orion
Jeb Bush's Midheaven is in conjunction with Alnitak, the eastern-most star of the belt of Orion. Here are what my notes say, and keep in mind that the midpoint of Sun / Neptune ("to be deceived; ability to deceive others; attention on drugs; attention on confusion; attention on service") is also within one degree of equality with the Midheaven, which rules "the reputation":
Alnitak | Notoriety, good fortune, lasting happiness. A triple star, the easternmost in Orion's belt. | 24° Gem 41 | Fortunate | Jupiter/ Saturn |
Sun / Neptune has a definition of service AND deception. Hence, Jeb Bush's reputation may be defined in a two-fold manner: one part good service to others and the other part financial deception. I predict that both of these areas may be a theme with Bush as 2016 approaches, but a biased mainstream media may simply ignore all of this scandal in lieu of the straight-up favoritism being blatantly displayed over his record as Florida governor (and nothing else).
Jeb Bush has a fourth house afflicted Moon. This is interesting in the sense that this may be defined similarly to the fourth house afflicted Moon placements in both natal charts of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.
This fourth house Moon placement in all three charts appears to define much business being done with family members, and the business is done under very confidential terms. And yes, this family business described does sound something like Vito Corleone's family business from "The Godfather."
The fourth house Moon may also rule real estate involvement. All three charts (Trump, Clinton, and Bush) have afflicted fourth house Moon placements. This includes Trump having a Full Moon placement, and Bush and Clinton having natal Moon placements that are in conflicting aspect with natal Saturn ("restrictions; government authorities; limitations").
Jeb Bush's fourth house Moon is in a hard square with natal Saturn in the second house. This may represent "conflicts" (square) between "government officials" (Saturn) and "real estate" (Moon). But this square can also represent conflicts over money within "the family business," or lack of money thereof.
From CNN: "this campaign begins today"...
Jeb Bush's U.S. presidential campaign announcement chart has an afflicted Moon, and this is a violation of election astrology rules that is very similar with the same violation with all the other candidates. The Moon is within 15 degrees of the Sun / Mars conjunction (in the same sign of Gemini) and is in a very hard quincux angle (150 degree angle) with Pluto in the third house. This indicates probable tension from some media sources (probably small) inquiring about past secrets, possibly involving the family or his real estate dealings (Moon in the eighth).
Jupiter is well-positioned relative to Uranus in the sixth and also with transiting the natal U.S. Moon (at 18 degrees Aquarius 41 minutes). Also noteworthy is the Sun / Mars conjunction, and this is near Jeb Bush's natal Midheaven (at 22 Gemini 54 minutes). This could help out Bush in terms of making a strong and forceful appearance over the long run of this campaign, especially as the campaign approaches 2016 and eats away at the budget.
But Venus is in the tenth house and near the Announcement chart Midheaven, and Venus is in a very hard quincux angle with Neptune in the fifth house. This may indicate confusion or deception in terms of important relationships within the executive level of the campaign (ruled by the tenth house). This could also indicate a high-turnover in the Bush camp, or conflicts among certain groups of people within the Bush camp.
This is not a great chart overall. The trine between Jupiter and Uranus is the big positive point on the announcement chart, but it fails to connect with anything important on the election chart or Bush's natal chart. Jeb Bush should have waited a few weeks until the lucky Jupiter placement was in conjunction with natal Pluto in the eleventh house and in an opposition with his natal fifth house Sun (and note that the Moon would be clearly away from the Sun at this point, and increasing in light).
Jeb Bush joins a list of similar real estate speculators who didn't select good astrological times for announcing their bid for presidency. And like the other candidates, it's obvious he didn't consult a knowledgeable astrologer for selection of a good time for his announcement.
Summer 2015 Transits of Jeb Bush
Jeb Bush has transiting Saturn in the third house ("restrictions with communications") and is currently in square with natal Mercury in Bush's sixth house. This could open up Jeb Bush to errors in debates as the summer ends, or failing to make his mission clear with the public.
Jupiter has entered Bush's twelfth house, and this may protect him from any attacks by the competition or the media regarding secret issues. The problem is that with Saturn in the third house, Bush may either be silent about everything crucial to his message, or he may say the wrong thing at the wrong time. This Saturn transit may have either a negative or neutral effect with the Jeb Bush campaign.
Transiting Pluto is in Jeb Bush's fourth house and in opposition with his natal Uranus in the tenth house. Uranus in the tenth may represent Bush's role as a social innovator that he seems to be pushing (especially with education). But Pluto represents crisis, and this can bring up Bush-family connected matters (since the fourth house of Pluto's transit may represent some sort of crisis taking place pertaining to the fourth house areas of the past, family and history of family involvement with American politics and government). One may expect this transit to feature Jeb Bush to be under attack because of his family connections, and not just based on his record as governor of Florida.
Advanced Astrology
The 90 degree dial above reveals Admetos / Ascendant ("hindrances or blockages in the environment") equal to 0 degrees Aries. This is not a good placement, and like Donald Trump's Saturn Square Ascendant transit, there may be elements "blocking" Jeb Bush per presidential bid announcement.
The chart above reveals important midpoint comparisons of Jeb Bush's natal chart with his election announcement chart. "All war is deception," and deceptive-prone Neptune will play a huge role in the 2016 election with the Clinton's and Bush's "fighting it out" over who is better at deceiving others (talk about a close fight!) Overall, there is much to say about the role of deceptive-Neptune with these midpoint comparisons per Jeb Bush and his campaign, and Neptune is not in a successful position for the use of deception per comparisons of the two charts. PLEASE REMEMBER: Neptune can fool you.
The Formula For "the president; C.E.O."
Interpretation (above):
" the leader of the organization will face many hindrances and deceptions in the environment. A mighty disappointment is possible due to following wrong ideas, and an urge for and statements for action via important networks is possible and may present inconsistent successful responses."
Overall, I feel that Jeb Bush may suffer with the 2016 Presidential campaign via hindrances (similar to Donald Trump). But these hindrances against Bush may be outside the GOP administration; I expect the GOP administration to mess with Trump and his U.S. presidential campaign (as opposed to messing with Bush). Pending legal ramifications, Hillary Clinton unfortunately still looks like the possible U.S. presidential leader at this point due to her loyal supporters.
But there are external factors to consider, such as Bernie Sanders deciding to run as an independent. This factor (along with the possibility of Trump also running as an independent) may factor in to be what may actually be a fair race among four candidates, and not between two or three. And note that there is a latent public sentiment calling for fair elections at this time, especially with the history of a Bush family member winning the presidency via a questionable vote count in Florida.
Thanks for reading.
Love to all,
Malcolm
