Saturn is setting in the Descendant area (western horizon point) of the Seventh House cusp, and this area has been called "the area of open enemies and open confrontations."
The Brussels Bombing of March 22, 2016: The Previous Jupiter Square Saturn Was Very Hot
Below is the horoscope of the recent Brussels Bombing. The Brussels Bombing took place while this Jupiter Square Saturn formation was very hot (within 10 minutes of accuracy) on March 22 of 2016. Below is the horoscope of the first bombing that took place on that day; others followed. These bombings may have been a "distraction" to allow significant terrorist figures in Brussels to exit in opposite directions of the bombings, since most police will gravitate to these bombing areas (and leave other areas open and without surveillance).

Uranus in most schools of thought rules "technology, surprises, revolutionary or social-conscious associations, unusual friends, and bold and daring individuals (i.e. wild west gun fighters, pilots of supersonic jets, fighter pilots, people with an unusual profession or reputation)." It also rules "explosions" according to my explanation below, also from my free astrology papers.
The stronger of these two minor stressful angles (involving Uranus) is the Twelfth House Uranus Quincux to Moon Conjunction North Node placement in the Sixth House ("stress involving terrorist or shocking news with the general public or health care personnel (Moon in Virgo in the Sixth House) in some way").
The second minor stressful angle is the Uranus Sesquiquadrate to Mars in the Seventh House ("stress involving terrorist or shocking news connecting with law enforcement or military (ruled by Mars) or expression of the ego in an open arena or chamber (i.e. Mars in the Seventh House rules activities in courts of law, open sports competition, and heated open or public debates). And yes, Hans Niggemann defines Mars / Uranus midpoints (and possibly all other "hard" eighth harmonic transits of these two planets) to rule "exciting actions" and "bloody accidents," and also "actions that lead to surprises."
Another Similar Bombing To Happen On Thursday, May 26?? Probably Not, But Definitely Watch For Strong Probability Of "Conflict Involving Law, Religion, Or Philosophy"
I view the May 26th Jupiter Square Saturn formation as another similar and "open conflict" (90 degree Square formation) concerning conflicts or disagreements between "government, older people, military" (i.e. Saturn (please see non-human Saturn descriptions above)) and "law and treaties, education, religion, philosophy, and public freedom" (i.e. Jupiter (please see non-human Jupiter descriptions below)).
The Moon is Void of Course for the May 26th Jupiter Square Saturn, but well-placed for the time frame of May 26th to May 27th. The Moon with the Brussels Bombing was not well-placed; the Brussels Moon ("the public") had angles of minor stress to Uranus ("surprises; shocking news") in the Twelfth House. Also present was harmonic stress of the Brussels Moon with Pluto directly overhead ("harmony with people of power or harmony with people involved with transformation").
Because Mercury is forming angles to both Jupiter and Saturn (with Mercury Trine Jupiter and Mercury Quincux Saturn), the news media (ruled by Mercury) may have important news related to some sort of conflict or hard-choice involving Jupiter areas described (i.e. "law and treaties, education, religion, philosophy, and public freedom").
And yes, Saturn rules the military according to my non-human description above, along with "limitations of freedoms." Note that there was talk from Alex Jones (and predicted by Matt Drudge on his Infowars show a few months back) of censorship to take place. At this present time, Alex Jones is claiming that Facebook is now censoring some postings on the Facebook site related to Infowars.
My Prediction As Spring 2016 Closes Out
I think that it is probable that one of two outcomes (or both) may happen as Spring 2016 closes out.
One outcome involves changes in international finance and/ or trade that will have impact on a lot of people. The Federal Reserve and China have been under much stress of the current Jupiter - Saturn Square for the past few months. This may define behind-the scenes conflicts, resolutions, or hard choices in financial areas to be executed, and decided on. It is possible we may hear what these activities are and maybe even possibly announced as Spring 2016 closes. Interpretations include media news of an important financial matter and / or an important financial decision made (with possible international implications).
The second probable outcome is an important legal conflict or a conflict concerning an important foreign affairs matter (i.e. foreign religious-based or philosophical based conflicts). Jupiter rules "freedom" and "international relations and education," and Saturn represents "government, military, and limitations of freedom." Hence, this can define an important conflict between government and citizens, and it may concern government restrictions on something of a Jupiter nature.
Jupiter Square Saturn also defines occasional and intense public conflict (physical or verbal) and open and intense debates regarding areas of the law or regarding differences in philosophies. Riots are also possible, but I notice there seems to be much of a need for "airing of differences" with this transit than public disturbance.

Now, can I share with you an astrological prediction made by a lady over here, which suggests a BREXIT for my country, on June 23rd, this year, when we vote in the EU membership referendum.

DREKX: here is what I have for June 23, 2016. First, let's look at a standard horoscope of the United Kingdom used by many astrologers:
My interpretation is possible stoppage of work or general activities. This is due to the Mars Square Saturn transit (dark green). Uranus Trine Saturn (drawn in lavender) takes place with Uranus in the U.K.'s Seventh House of legal areas, treaties, general foreign affairs. and general relations. This can define an "argument between new and old" (Uranus and Saturn do not like each other at all) but with a "harmonious resolution" (Trine). The problem is that Uranus and Saturn usually do not get along at all, and there seems to always be some "violent crystallization" taking place when Uranus and Saturn come into contact and argue (and another way to look at this meeting of Uranus and Saturn is "lightning hitting the earth," with glass made as a result)..This can define a major conflict of a "government body" (natal U.K. Saturn) with "surprises or shocks in relations" (transiting Uranus in the U.K. Seventh House of general relations, important debates or legal confrontations, and foreign treaties.). Sun Square Uranus (drawn in light green) indicates "a shocking change in health or appearance," The "good news" transit of Jupiter Square Mercury (drawn in orange) does not manifest until July 4th.
Overall, an important change (or changes) will take place that may include the government body of the U.K. (natal Saturn in the Eleventh House), the work force (transit Mars Square Saturn), and surprises or shocking changes regarding foreign relations and the government of the nation (transit Uranus Trine Saturn).
There is a possibility of violence or terrorism with the Sun Square Uranus transit, and this is because of the U.K. having Uranus in it's Twelfth House. And yes, Uranus can represent terrorism or revolutionary groups of people (including people with serious preoccupation tendencies to be with technology all the time). .Also note that and Uranus Trine Saturn can define a conflict between "revolutionary elements" (Uranus) and "government" (Saturn). The Trine may define "harmonious transformation" but note that Uranus and Saturn usually do not get along..

DREKX: the last time we had Uranus Square Pluto (with Uranus in Aries and Pluto in Cancer) was during the early 1930's, a few years after the Panic of 1929 (and on that day in October of 1929, J.P. Morgan took Winston Churchill to the viewing balcony of the New York Stock Exchange right before the opening bell. He referenced downward to the floor traders, and then told Churchill "watch this").
The completed Square between Uranus in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn may feature similar aftermath of government's so-called "need to control the population" (or is it a few individuals who really pull the strings, especially if financing sources are crucial for advancement?)
The 1930's Uranus Square Pluto featured control-freak Franklin Roosevelt outlawing ownership of gold (and of course did it in 1933, because gold may be the color of the beast).
We are facing similar nonsense with politicians in Scandinavia wanting to outlaw cash (and who will also fine you if you are a woman who pepper-sprays a Muslim with bad breath and a rise in his Levis). I say we are heading for interesting times, and there may be some pockets of verbal outcry and / or violence since these emotional responses are almost always present when bad elements of the past get weeded out. The overall results are change in the social and government structures. These changes may favor most of the population and may disfavor a " few special people" (and these "few special people" may include parasites (and their families) who periodically become wealthy via manipulated use of the system, such as weapons-makers, banks, and energy (and their good-looking lobbyists)).
