Before we analyze the horoscope of Putin and the current question that Pet Rock has asked about Putin's whereabouts, let's look at some hard facts that may offend Putin's critics. And I'm not a fan of former KGB personnel anymore than I am a fan of former CIA personnel.
Vladimir Putin has a recent 86% approval rating with the Russian people, and he is not going to go away soon due to the positive impact he has made on Russia. He has brought prosperity to Russia (prior to Saudi Arabia initiating the incredible dropping of the price of crude in November 2014) and was introducing financial ideas in Russia that parallel Ronald Reagan's ERTA (Economic Recovery Tax Act) that absolutely jump-started the U.S. economy in the 1980's. And as soon as Putin announced this financial plan and layout, he immediately became under serious intimidation from NATO with NATO pushing it's face into Ukraine. (does this mean that the west knows something about Putin's financial layout that we don't know, like prosperity???)
My astrological prediction of the impact of the U.S.dollar-addicted bankers war on Russia appears to be looking accurate. Putin is starting to get criticized and the Russian economy is starting to take financial hits. And note that Putin is about to take some astrological stress, as the chart below demonstrates:
There is a possibility that Putin may be undergoing some sort of surgical procedure, or he may simply be worn out and ill (and he simply needs a time-out and a rest). Transiting Mars (in the 2015 6th house of health, criticism, and work skills) is about to form an opposition to Putin's natal Saturn in his 12th house of secret enemies, limitations, deception, and service. Mars opposition Saturn transits make you tired, and can also invite illness. These aspects look highly probable with Mars in the 6th house of health; Saturn and Mars are old enemies. I give this possibility the foremost consideration.
Mars in the 6th house is also about to form a square to Putin's Uranus. This can indicate a probability for an accident while traveling or while engaged in the international scene in some way, since Putin's natal Uranus (which rules surprises and shocking events) is in his 9th house (known as the house of long-distance travel and international philosophy), and transiting 2015 Mars rules action (and is currently transiting Putin's 6th house of criticism and health concerns). I have seen accidents take place while Mars transited the 6th house, and it's possible Putin is probably aware of this possibility and may be playing it safe.
A third and final possibility is much involvement at his home. There is a massive line-up of planets in the fourth house, and this may indicate much activity in the home, possibly with children, relatives, or personal affairs. I give this the lowest probability of the three possibilities.

RE: PUTIN PREDICTION : Okay Ashtar. I THINK I GOT THE PREDICTION 1/2 CORRECT. In actuality, Putin was absent due to important action (and action is ruled by Mars) with nuclear weapons systems (and Uranus rules nuclear technology) and it involved conflict (and the 90 degree square between Mars and Uranus represents a technical conflict involving the two energies of Mars and Uranus). I stressed the symbolism of accident based upon my early readings of British Astrologer Charles CEO Carter, who stressed that one had to be wary of hard aspects between Mars and Uranus, as such represented a possibility for an accident (U.S. country singer Patsy Cline had such an aspect on her natal horoscope, and she was involved in three automobile accidents (with one of them killing her)).
There was an involvement of Putin with children (as I predicted), but Putin wasn't there. So I think I got it 1/2 correct. Congratulations to Vladimir Putin, who has a baby daughter who is a Pisces with a ruling Mars and a ruler Neptune. I bet she'll be a hell of a chess player. Here's the story:

More Swiss media confirmed Saturday that Vladimir Putin is the father of a bouncing baby girl, giving the lie to the Kremlin’s determined efforts to deny the story.
The Russian president’s much younger girlfriend, Alina Kabaeva, delivered the girl “at least a couple of weeks ago” at the Clinica Sant’Anna in Sorengo, Switzerland, a suburb of Lugano, says Corriere Del Ticino, a Swiss newspaper.
But the 62-year-old Putin was not present for his daughter’s birth, according to that newspaper and other Swiss reports.
The local branch of Swiss broadcaster RSI reported that Kabaeva, 31, booked two rooms at the ultra-private clinic, which caters to the rich and famous.
Kabaeva had also been seen recently in the main plaza in Lugano, Switzerland’s biggest Italian-speaking city, another paper, Neue Zürcher Zeitung, reported.
And an unusual number of Russian-registered cars were spotted around Lugano earlier this month, local site Ticino News reported.
The stories add details to a report of the birth in the Swiss tabloid Blick. But the new Swiss reports contradicted Blick’s claim that Putin jetted to Switzerland to witness his daughter’s birth, which it said was last week.
Clinica Sant’Anna has handled high-profile births before. Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi’s daughter, Barbara, delivered a child there in 2009 to avoid photographers and gossip in Italy.
“It is said that Putin may have chosen [the clinic in] Sorengo on the advice of his friend Silvio Berlusconi,” reported Giornale InInsubria, which covers the lake region of Italy.
The clinic has declined to comment.
The Kremlin has long denied any relationship between Putin and Kabaeva, a former Olympic gymnast and former member of the Duma, Russia’s parliament.
A year ago, Putin finalized his divorce from Lyudmila Putina, his wife of 30 years. He has two adult daughters from that marriage.
On Friday, Putin’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, denied that Putin is a father again. He also tried to quash rumors of Putin’s poor health by saying he was tired of hearing reporters ask about it.

“We’ve already said this a hundred times. This isn’t funny anymore,” he told Reuters.
Those rumors were spurred by Putin’s absence from public events in the last few weeks. Putin was last seen in public on March 5, when he met with Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi.
The tiny Russian community in Italian-speaking Switzerland welcomed news of Putin’s love child.
“I’m happy for them,” said Tatiana Tettamanti, secretary for the Russian Church of Switzerland.
But she added, “I feel a bit sorry for Putin’s ex-wife.”

As I told Pet Rock, I think Putin was simply tired and needed a break in the action. The transit of Mars Opposition Saturn will make you feel absolutely worn out (Mars rules action and Saturn rules restrictions, so go figure). I say Putin needed a rest, which was my #1 probability above.
