This report is typed out below concerning the overview of the 2016 Spring Equinox itself. The predictions for the U.S.A., China, Russia, Donald Trump, and Hillary Clinton follow the overview of the Spring Equinox. For Washington D.C. (and the U.S.), spring 2016 may feature a strong element of tension involving possible flare-up of egos with possible public conflicts (Mars Sesquiquadrate Uranus) and hard choices involving conflicts that concern money, the law, religion, and freedom (Jupiter Square Saturn). There is an element of great tension within both the public and the government, and we may see some real conflict taking place on U.S. soil within the public and government areas. 

NOTE: there is a misinterpretation with Russia below. Russia has a hard trine going on between Jupiter and Neptune (and not a hard square, drawn in pink). The interpretation is still the same, and possibly more positive for luck  in financial areas or in chemical / petroleum areas.
