The September 26th debate is estimated to have an audience of 80-100 million viewers. It is expected that Monday Night Football is going to suffer in terms of viewership, and not the debate.
I discuss Trump and Clinton with this 09/26/16 debate, along with the role of Chiron in this 2016 election (along with analysis of three espionage specialists with key Chiron placements in their charts).
Chiron:
The "Wounded Healer," "The Rainbow Bridge," And "Other-Worldly Technology"
"Other-worldly technology" can define extraterrestrial technology and also technology used for advanced surveillance (i.e. spying or eavesdropping technology).
To prove this definition I looked at Chiron in three charts of three different individuals whom I am certain have used advanced eavesdropping technology (probably both legally and illegally). These individuals are J. Edgar Hoover, George H.W. Bush, and Barack Obama.
I am not interested in the reasons for the use of such technology: I just want to know about the role of Chiron in the charts of certain individuals who probably used the best equipment for this "horrific secretive task of deception via use of advanced technology for surveillance."
Note the last sentence above in italics. This sentence describes four Uranian planets prominent in the charts of the three named espionage specialists. These four planets are below:
The four planets above were examined for placement within midpoint trees of the three named espionage specialists. Chiron was especially highlighted, since advanced eavesdropping technology is crucial with this occupation. And yes, the other three planets (Neptune ("deception"), Hades ("secrets; horror or tragedy"), and Admetos ("the occult, separation from others, specialized, death")) were very prominent in the midpoint trees of these three individuals.
J. Edgar Hoover
Hoover was reportedly fond of using the media and Hollywood as a means for propaganda to "glamorize" (AND ALSO "deceive") the U.S. public about the role of the F.B.I. This seems to be represented by Neptune = Poseidon (exactly).
Chiron is very prominent in Hoover's chart, and Hoover was very well known for his requests for wire-taps and secret recordings of individuals. Chiron ("advanced technology; eavesdropping technology") is equal to MC/Poseidon ("reputation for propaganda or enlightenment"), and also Mercury/Ascendant ("communications in the environment") with Cupido/Zeus ("organizations involved with firearms or military ways and tactics").
Bush's chart has Chiron equal to Sun/North Node, which is "associations of men." But this is not as strong as I would like it to be.
What I found very interesting was Bush's Sun ("the entity or person; health; expressive personality seen by others") equal to Moon/Mars ("military communities"). Midpoints affecting this are Neptune/Chiron ("advanced technology involved in deception") and Saturn/Cupido ("restrictive organizations or cliques with restrictions"). Also note that Bush's Uranus ("technology") equals Moon/Ascendant ("the public or family in the environment") and also this same Neptune/Chiron midpoint ("advanced technology involved in deception"):
Barack Obama
Obama has a very prominent Chiron and also a very prominent Admetos position (similar to J.Edgar Hoover) And like J.Edgar Hoover, Obama is very fond of eavesdropping. This is evident by the advanced eavesdropping Utah-based N.S.A. base built during the Obama presidency. This base had the capability to store everyone's telephone conversations in the U.S. The legal rationale for the use of this base was due to a Supreme Court ruling of corporations as defined as persons.One can declare Verizon to be a person and hence one can have a search warrant issued for all phone calls made under this "person's" name.
Obama's Chiron ("advanced technology; technology involved in eavesdropping") equals Mars/Ascendant ("action or competition in the environment"), Two midpoints equal to Chiron are Venus/Neptune ("deceptive friends or organizations involved in deception") and Hades/Vulcanus ("murder, great danger, very horrific use of power").

Hence, Chiron can be defined as advanced technology that is "other-worldly" in the sense that it can be used to monitor individuals or populations (which is probably similar in nature to possible extraterrestrial technology that also monitors individuals and populations).
Now let's look at Trump and Clinton, and the September 26, 2016 debate:
Donald Trump
Trump has Chiron Square Sun taking place as the debates begin. This may indicate great conflicts that Trump may have with advanced technology present on the setting of the debate, or it may represent the use of advanced technology to bother him in some way. Also note that this could represent technology problems if Trump is using such surveillance technology, especially for deception.
Transit Pluto is forming a square at this time with Trump's natal Chiron in the 2nd House. Again, this may indicate conflicts involving "advanced technology usage" and "expensive transformation due to mass use of advanced technology." Hillary Clinton has a big advantage with this due to funding, but one must ask this: can advanced use of "propaganda" overwhelm a population and it's elected leaders to a point that denies the facts????
Trump has a huge advantage with this debate due to the Mars Trine Ascendant transit (drawn in black above). But this transit of Chiron is one in retrograde, and with more debates in the near future, the square of Chiron will then apply to Trump's Moon placement at 21 degrees 12 minutes. This may indicate that Trump (The Sun) and his family (the Moon) may be under surveillance by some very advanced technology. The types of conflicts with advanced technology (represented by the square transit of Chiron) may arise either due to Trump and family being able to avoid such surveillance technology (and sending the pro TPP-NAFTA beneficiaries in a serious panic mode) OR Trump and family may be the focus of conflict as a result of information obtained on them due to use of advanced surveillance technology.
Trump has advantage in this debate, but things could get "speculative" with transiting Jupiter closing in on a conjunction aspect with Neptune in the 2nd House (drawn in pink above). This indicates that Trump should not speculate as the next two debates surface; Hillary may surprise him.
Hillary Clinton
Note the transit of Chiron in conjunction with Hillary's natal Moon. This may represent "family or family-like persons involved with advanced technology used for eavesdropping." And yes, this transit of Chiron with Hillary's Moon forms a harmonious trine to Hillary's Ascendant (drawn in yellow above). HOWEVER, note the transit of Uranus forming a quincunx to the Ascendant as well. Uranus Quincunx Ascendant represents "tension in the environment with technology present" (drawn in red above).
There is probably going to be much use of advanced technology with Clinton's people at this debate with this Chiron Conjunction Moon transit.
Hillary has a lucky Jupiter Semi-Sextile Sun transit for this debate. Jupiter is in fast motion and the transit is thus weakening. Jupiter/Sun transits tend to define "improved health," but there can also be some slight luck present.
One problem that may arise concerns any use of deception. This is because Saturn is forming a sextile aspect to Neptune as the debates progress (drawn in pink above). Saturn Sextile Neptune can define "an opportunity for correcting deception or disappointment." But keep in mind that Saturn and Neptune are old enemies of the horoscope. Saturn transits to natal-placed Neptune tend to force one to confront any past disappointments and also force one to work with such disappointments. I suspect that this may involve "working with certain associates involved in deception" (represented by Hllary's Neptune in the 11th House) OR "working with other associates to minimize or correct any type of deception present." This may also have something to do with the recent announcement of staff removals at the Clinton Foundation since this minimizes any risk of exposure of deception that may be present with this foundation.
Overall
Trump gets the advantage in this debate due to the combination of Mars Trine Ascendant (and is almost exact) and the trine of the transit of Neptune with natal Mercury. All war is deception, and Trump may be able to debate and communicate with any deceptive elements present with this trine of Neptune to his Mercury. But this can represent "lies" (Neptune) with "the media" (Mercury) that is seen as "harmonious" (Trine).
And the media has not lightened up with it's "disappointing communication" (Neptune/Mercury) concerning Trump.
Chiron's placement seems to work well for Hillary Clinton; it is probable she may find some dirt or a weakness in the Trump camp via the use of advanced eavesdropping technology. The problem concerns the Saturn Sextile Neptune transit, which indicates that Clinton may have to work more to either improve the status of "associates involved in deception" (11th House Neptune) or "correct any problems that may have been due to deception or disappointment via her associates." As I mentioned earlier, Saturn and Neptune are old enemies of the zodiac regardless of which aspect is used per transits.
